What a lovely hotel and staff were first class..We were checked in by Vani and even though we were early this was no problem. The rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything you need. We needed a extra pillow and this was delivered to the room. The breakfast was first class, I am gluten free but Hirikesh was amazing on both days, he talked me through everything I could eat, fetched toast and gf cereal from the kitchen. The thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone was friendly,greeted you when you passed them in the corridor or at the desk..we will stay here again and recommend it highly.

Really everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room, the halls, the lobby, and the breakfast area was super clean. The location was within walking distance of so many cool neighborhoods with incredible food and shopping. The subway station is less than a block away for getting to farther locations. I would definitely stay here again. And by the way, London was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The service was outstanding; every staff member was friendly, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We felt completely at home thanks to their warm hospitality. All of the front desk staff were very helpful and polite. One of the waiters, Anush, was very kind and friendly. His cheerful attitude and genuine care made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

This hotel was convenient, cozy, immaculate, breakfast was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. Haris was a fantastic host from the moment we arrived. We saw him everyday and he gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby, tour advice, grocery advice, luggage storage, and a lot of help at breakfast in the morning. Location: Close to the Tower of London, right next to the Aldgate East tube stop, and lots of fun places to eat that are open late compared to other areas. Brick lane and Banglatown are seconds away. Room: was immaculate and pretty spacious for London. The queen bed was comfortable and the street was ultra quiet. We had a pullout sofa for our daughter which was made without a crease. The room and bathroom were spacious. TV is large and there are plenty of plugs. Gym: Quietly tucked away in the basement. Has enough stuff given the way things go in London. Breakfast: Awesome spread! Waffles with a person making them for you, breads, eggs, potatoes, lots of fruits, coffees, juices, cereals, chocolate croissants, cheeses. Filled us up for a long day of sightseeing.
