Great location, really close to the castle. Room was also comfortable and clean. The couch bed is a bit inconvenient as one mattress slides away and there is gap in between the mattresses. The shower floor felt a bit slippery, maybe a shower mat in the room will be appreciated. Breakfast was great as well whether you like sweet or savory breakfast. Special thanks to Neli in the reception for a smooth check in and out process and being helpful, and to Damian from reservations for helping me with the reservation.

I recently stayed at Novotel Edinburgh centre and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was super clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the city centre and just a short walk from the main exhibit, which made getting around extremely convenient. I highly recommend it.

It was a good and nice experience. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room, especially the cutlery items (cups). The home cleaner comes to the room every day but never replaces used cups, bedsheets, and towels any day. We had to clean the cups ourselves which was not a great experience

The hotel provided a bed for the night and a good breakfast. The bar had a good ambience. I didn't use other facilities as I was in the area visiting family so was out most of the time. It is more expensive than others around but I didn't feel it provided much more. Also, travelling alone, I was not offered a single rate which made my stay very expensive.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location is great, being walking distance to Old Town and New Town. There are also a number of restaurants close to the hotel. The service could be improved, the complementarities (water, coffee etc) in the room was not filled each day. The staff at reception were friendly but seemed unsure processes (check in, parking etc). Overall the hotel was good value and I would stay there again.
