FAQ's
I have accessibility requirements – what can I expect?
At all venues we welcome assistance dogs and at most venues we offer wheelchair access, adapted toilets, induction loops and sign language interpretation. There are occasions where venues are less well equipped for visitors with accessibility requirements. Where this is the case we will do our best to be as transparent as possible on our booking page so you will know in advance if this is going to present you with challenges.
What ID should I bring with me on the day?
Valid forms of ID are Passports, Driving licence, Biometric Residents permit, Citizen card, Validate UK ID card, HM Forces ID card, Police warrant card, Photographic travel card (eg. Freedom Pass) or Voter Authority Certificates Please note that only adults aged 18 or over need to bring ID on the day – it is not required for children under 18, although anyone who looks younger than the specified age limit for a show may be required to show proof of age in order to be admitted.
Can my tickets be transferred to a different date?
If your application for tickets is successful please note that they cannot be transferred to a different date. If you find you are no longer able to use your allocated tickets, we'd be very grateful if you could use the unique cancellation link on your e-tickets to let us know you cannot attend the recording, so we can allocate your tickets to someone else on the waiting list.
What should I do if I have lost, haven't received, or can't print my e-ticket?
For Central Square tours, we can resend your e-ticket if you call our group bookings line on 029 2063 6464. If you can't print your e-ticket, you can show it to us on your smartphone or tablet device if you have one. Otherwise, please make a note of the booking reference number and bring this to your tour, along with proof of ID.
