My sister took me here for my birthday and I just loved it! The place is so magical, I feel like I never want to leave 🥹 there's so much to see and they have an adorable little gift shop. They have a fun park type place for the children and a plant store for indoor and outdoor plants. I was a teeny disappointed to see no one had watered the boys and their soil was solid so I found the watering can myself and gave them precious lil ladies a drink myself. I just haven't got the words for how beautiful and awe inspiring the plants are, especially the gigantic pothos and bird of paradise.

Visited on a lovely day in early spring, not all the outdoor plants had quite woken up yet, despite that the place was lovely. A huge variety of plants from all kinds of different biomes and environments, the garden was clearly well cared for and maintained, site was lovely and it made for a really nice weekend activity, we were here about 2-3 hours, wish we could've stayed longer but we didn't get there till late. Seems like a lovely place for a picnic, will be going back again in summer if I get the chance.

A beautiful place to visit - particularly on a sunny day when all of the colours in the gardens seem to glow! Booking was straightforward, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is difficult as there are often too many cars for the car park. Toilets were ok, snd the gift shop was delightful. Accessibility was good for the most part. Only thing that let them down was the medicine cafe.

Really nice and relaxing at the botanical gardens. With a greenhouse and outside area. There is a kids playground with lots of space to run around. The majority of the site is accessible for wheelchairs and buggys with ramps. We bought tickets in advance but I don't know if you can buy on the door or not but I'm guessing that depends how busy it is.

We went for the Alice in Easter land event. We booked in advance, so didn’t have to queue. It was well organised and the children (and adults!) thoroughly enjoyed it. The gardens are a beautiful place and I’m looking forward to Medicine bakery opening soon. It will make a wonderful addition.
