Wonderful day out at Chessington, great fun, so much to see and do even in wet weather! Would recommend, adult and child friendly, my favourite part was the zoo and going on the safari! Food was amazing and using the Merlin pass meant we got a discounted rate ☺️

Our family had the best time at the World of Adventures. We spent a total of three full days here and it was barely enough. If you sleep at the resort you will have a wonderful rest with access to their pool and will be served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. You also get early access to the park and are able to get on a few of the best rides before the crowds get there. Their rainy day promise is wonderful and it helped us enjoy the park to the max. Everyone inside was very nice and helpful. I cannot recommend the park enough. My kids are already asking when we will be back again. Thank you for the memories.

We had 2 days at Chessington with an overnight stay at the safari hotel. The hotel was fab. We upgraded to a giraffe themed room as the standard was a bit boring and for the experience we decided that it was better to have a great room. The room was fantastic, we overlooked the animal area and the design was brilliant. The kids absolutely loved it and the adults did too. I would advise if it is within your budget to get a themed room, or book a standard on the animal park side. The first room was bog standard and had blocked out windows because the view was of a very ugly roof. The breakfast was good, but make sure you book. I only knew i had to book from reading a review. A lot of people that didn't were sent off to the other hotel . The theme park was great, the kids loved all the rides. It's definitely suited to younger kids in comparison to Alton towers, though the bigger ones do have fun.

Chessington is an all rounded place to visit as it both has animals and rides!!! The ride queue time is sometimes long but you get to buy quick access tickets. Sometimes even when the queue was just 5 minutes you had to walk through the long queue path which sometimes can be annoying. The park has something for everyone. Not much choice in food especially if you are health conscious but you get to bring your own picnic. Staff were friendly in the park- not so much in the car park. The refill stations for the cups you can buy for £18 were few and not well sign posted and the ones stationed outside were covered in wasps. The ones in the sweet shop were great!! They also don’t let u refill for ten minutes which was also annoying cos I got a couple of wasps in my first drink!! The rides were good. The animals look healthy and happy. I had a very good day out here.

The place is great and there are some good rides. But the ultimate reserve and ride (which we had paid £100 for) was completely not worth it. Especially as the truck where you are expected to wait anyway because only ONE family per ride can jump the queue. This is utterly a disgrace and ridiculous when considering how much is spent on the tickets. So in conclusion, should you go? Maybe but the ultimate VIP tickets are utterly worthless.
