Coronation Street Experience

For someone who lived in Manchester back in there early 2000s never went to the Coronation Street experience but I can now say that ive done it ad it was well worth it me and my partner who are very avid fans of Coronation Street we book a star tour for valentines day the staff where extremely helpful and understanding as the bookings system had booked us on the wrong day initially but we arrived on the day we had planned to go and they sorted everything out Alfie who was the manager on the day went above and beyond to ensure we were on the tour we had planned... our tour guide Lauren was amazing also she was very knowledgeable and and awesome photo taker of all the points of interest in the tour and was very impressed of my partners of people who currently live on the street. the other staff dotted around the tour route where very helpful and knowledgeable of any questions that were asked by us they were very chatty about there experiences they have each day.. and for the final part of our tour we were very lucky to meet lucy Fallon who plays Bethany Platt... we then got to go around the Coronation Street Exhibition were there was replica mock sets like Roy's Rolls and the Rovers Return.. this makes the perfect gift for those partners who are looking for something different to do with there partner... a few things that you need to know good walking shoes are required due to the amount of walking that is in the tour... and as its in Manchester bring a waterproof jacket as there is a good chance it may rain... we was luck no rain but very cold so bring appropriate clothes for the day.... me and my partner would like to thank all staff and cast for all the hard work that goes in to the tours and show we will be back again soon

What a day out this is! I went with my mum and sister and we had the best time from start to finish. I loved the video you watch at the start, if only there was a way to watch it again! Then we had the lovely Callum who took us around, really funny guy with lots of knowledge. Even a bit of a rain didn’t dampen our spirits and we thoroughly enjoyed going round the streets and in the exhibition. We bought some of the pictures which are a good momento however not the best quality considering they are professional pictures but they will take photos on your phone for you aswell so that is a nice bonus.

What a fantastic day!!!! My Mom is 90 and has cancer, so I've been trying to get her out and about to make memories and to make sure she's still got plenty to look forward to. As a viewer from the beginning, I thought that the tour would be perfect for her. I had a couple of questions to ask before booking and the Customer Service team were most helpful and responded more quickly than expected. On the day we were greeted by such a friendly team. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our Tour Guide was Liz, who again was friendly and knowledgeable. I had booked a "Meet a Star" package, and whilst I think Mom was banking on us getting "Dev" and luring him in to being my Stepfather, we got "Bethany" instead. Lucy was so down to earth and she was absolutely lovely to my Mom. I was so very impressed with the whole experience and I'd like to thank all of the team for helping to make some very special memories. X

We went on Saturday 17th January and had a wonderful day, was a birthday treat for my partner. Our tour guide Julie was wonderful knowledgeable and engaging even i enjoyed it and not a big corrie fan just like shouting at the badies lol. Would definitely go again.

If you love corrie you should do the tour. We saw all the places from the show (exterior) and we were allowed inside some like the police station and prima donner. Also there is an exhibition with copy sets of the rovers and rots rolls. The tour guide was a fan and she was very good. There are lots if fun cheap souvenirs to buy that you can't get anywhere else. Also before the tour they show a 10 minute clip montage that got me quite emotional!
