You can’t beat the location and if you’re lucky you’ll wake up to an amazing view of the castle!! The staff was so nice and VERY helpful. I travel with medication that requires refrigeration and they made sure to keep it safe for me. Sure the rooms are small but you know that when you book it and honestly I’ve stayed in smaller rooms. Much better than a hostel when it came to space and privacy. The stairs weren’t too bad and they offered bag storage for £2.50 per bag which isn’t too bad. All and all 4.9/5⭐️

Very small room. Think cruise ship sized room. That not a surprise and this not a negative. That said, we had a lovely view of the castle and were very close to the fun on Rose Street. Would highly recommend.

You have to remind yourself of how much money you are saving staying here as it definitely won't be the most comfortable hotel stay you have. The rooms are tiny but what bothered you more was how much noise came through the doors. Could hear the rooms next door opening there bathrooms doors, the room next do came in at 4am and made so much noise coming in. Even could hear the guest next door snoring. But remember it's ALOT cheaper than other hotels. The location is good. Reception staff very friendly.

I knew it was small but not this small. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom. The shower is so small the shower curtain can't help but get all handsy on you like a drunk guy at a bar. The bed was very firm but surprisingly comfortable or. Though I question if the sheets even got changed before the last guest as the sheet under the comforter was covered in another persons hair. The room was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay here for longer than that just because there is not much room to move around. It’s super compact but that’s the point, right? They also stored luggage for the day for £2.50 / 24-hrs which was nice so you can sight see without lugging your bags. Location is great and close to buses, sights, train station, etc.

I was expecting a small room and no window as thats what we booked but this was a joke. No storage apart from a tiny shelf and a small space under the bed. These rooms are not suitable for people sharing as you can't get passed each other without climbing over each other. There was no sound proofing you could hear all the people in the rooms around, the toilets/showers and people walking in the corridor. Including hearing all the people complaining about the rooms. The stairs and hailways were also very awkward to more around with bags. The price for this budget hotel was also very dear considering what was being offered.
