Edinburgh Aparthotel

Great service. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location. I was especially impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Jaui who was at the front desk during the day was so friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our first room he immediately found us an alternative room. Wagner was at the front desk in the evening and went out of his way to help us out with a special request. Overall a great stay. I highly recommend Roomzzz in Edinburgh.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Location is perfect and the rooms are stunning and very spacious. Views of Calton Hill on the terrace were awesome! We booked a Deluxe Double Room with a city view on the balcony, and the room we were initially assigned didn’t really have a city view as described. I went to the front and addressed this with Anita (not sure if she’s the manager) and she corrected it right away. Apparently it’s a problem on booking.com and their descriptions, not the hotel. We moved to another room next day and we had true city views; it was beautiful. We had free coffee all day and free croissants for breakfast at the front, and there is a full reception lobby with other snacks, drinks, and travel items for purchase. Other reviews mention how it’s hard to find but we had no issue finding the hotel. As mentioned before, being located in a shopping center was so convenient because we needed to grab little things here and there multiple times! I can’t rave enough about it. Anita made our stay so much more enjoyable. She was so nice and accommodating, and the entire staff was fantastic. Do not think twice, book this place!

This hotel is amazing! Location is unbeatable. It's walkable to the major train station and most major sights while not being too loud in the room. We were given a room with an amazing view of Arthur's Seat, the Edinburgh Castle, and others sights. We felt super safe in the area and the connected mall was a great bonus. Front desk staff were all very friendly.

I stayed here for a month during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I initially stayed in a studio, but the reception team, who were exceptionally helpful, upgraded me to a larger studio with a view after a week. The rooms are fairly new and kept very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit small, it’s still highly functional. The location is excellent—close to the city center yet still peaceful and quiet.

I recently stayed at Roomzzz Aparthotel in Edinburgh and had a generally positive experience. The location is perfect, providing easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. However, despite its higher price point, the hotel lacks extra services that would enhance the overall value.
