Edinburgh Aparthotel

We just had a short 2 night stay and it was great, the location couldn't have been better. Front desk staff were very helpful. Near the train station, near several sights and great views from our floor. The room was very nice and accommodated our family well. Easily could have stayed a few more days. Free coffee was surprisingly good and so were the breakfast pastries but it would be nice to have a few more options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Roomzzz Aparthotel in Edinburgh, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a short walk from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by rail. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location puts you within easy reach of the Royal Mile, Princes Street, and countless restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of the standout features of Roomzzz is the breathtaking views. Many rooms offer sweeping sights over Edinburgh’s skyline – including views of the historic Old Town and the iconic Arthur’s Seat. It really adds to the overall experience, especially at sunrise or sunset. What truly sets Roomzzz apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great local recommendations, helping with directions, and always greeting us with a smile. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about guest satisfaction, which made the stay all the more memorable. The rooms themselves are stylish, modern, and immaculately clean. The aparthotel setup means you have a fully equipped kitchenette, which is perfect for longer stays or if you want to enjoy a quiet meal in. Despite being in a bustling area, the rooms are quiet and relaxing – a great retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, Roomzzz Edinburgh is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to stay in the city center with comfort, style, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The day shift staff is super friendly and accommodating. The guy at night does not enjoy his job, and it shows. The rooms are clean with a fridge and essentials for a quick cooking. Location is superb! Close to the train station and old town.

We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Roomzzz Aparthotel in Edinburgh and were thoroughly impressed. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view of Arthur’s Seat — a real treat to wake up to each morning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which included a microwave, fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Although we only used it for breakfast. We picked up breakfast supplies from the M&S Food Hall on Princes Street and made the most of the complimentary croissants provided by the hotel each morning. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We opted not to have our room refreshed daily, but the service was available if needed. Other conveniences included an iron and ironing board, a safe, and 10 coat hangers in the wardrobe. Location-wise, Roomzzz is ideally situated. You can exit directly into the St James Quarter shopping centre — perfect for shopping or dining — or onto Leith Street for easy access to the rest of the city. If we had to note any drawbacks, it would be the lack of drawer space — there was nowhere suitable for storing underwear apart from the bedside tables — and there was no dedicated area for drying wet coats. We resorted to hanging them on the window handles. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return. Roomzzz offers a convenient base for a short break in Edinburgh.

Stayed in the Bonnie Suite and it was amazing! So many features, I particularly enjoyed the tv in the bathroom for a nice relax and the Dyson air wrap to give myself a bit of a pamper! Lovely balcony where you can see over Edinburgh and the bed was super comfy as well! Highly reccomend it was a lovely room and had a great stay!
