Can I have parcels delivered to site?

Yes, our reception hosts are onsite 24 hours a day so you’ll never miss a parcel delivery.

Can I make specific requests (e.g for bath / balcony etc)?

You can make special requests at time of booking, however many of our room features can be guaranteed at the time of booking by selecting the room type that matches the request. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.

Are council tax / bills included?

Brilliant hotel, complimentary pastries in the morning and a free hot drinks machine that works all day and night (the coffee machine here is superior to the Milkman) . Amazing rooms, had a great view of caldon and Arthur’s seat from our room. Staff incredibly kind, knowledgeable and the tech at the counter allows you to book a taxi for instant pick up by the time you even reach the street. It was perfect down to the last detail and we will be coming back again. They allowed us to leave our bags there after checkout until our flight later in the day. They also have a small shopfront for snacks at the reception, so all hangovers are provided for. Thanks Roomzzz for making my birthday trip so smooth.

Beautiful modern hotel with decent prices in the shop at reception. Very central so it was easy to get around and they kept our bags for us on our last day ro explore. Room was clean and smelled beautiful! Selection of white company products in the bathroom (Noir, my favourite). We will definitely be back again!

Prime location, comfortable and clean room. Parking was perfect. Front desk staff were plesant and friendly. Breakfast was great, the croissants were fresh and tastly. Would not hesitate to visit any Roomzzz property again, very well run.

We just had a short 2 night stay and it was great, the location couldn't have been better. Front desk staff were very helpful. Near the train station, near several sights and great views from our floor. The room was very nice and accommodated our family well. Easily could have stayed a few more days. Free coffee was surprisingly good and so were the breakfast pastries but it would be nice to have a few more options.

I always read 1 stars reviews so I can laugh about 90% of the guest how stupid they are and complaining about things what actually they fault or think they are the queens and kings because paid for a room to stay, give 1 star reviews because they didn’t get toothpaste and they had to buy in the shops..🤣🤯 people need to remember mistakes can happen and not everything is perfect even when you paid for it. This is a really nice clean hotel in the center.well equipped I really liked the bathroom and the whole design of the room.our room was well kept in good condition by the maintenance. Anita checked us in ,she was nice and helpful.room was clean and tidy but soon need to change that mattress in room 704 or if it’s been changed recently ask what type of mattress they use in roomzzz In Manchester as when I been there that was much better. Also room have only 1 glass but we manage it to drink from cup but need to put in more otherwise another guest will leave 1 star 😀 Hopefully I will return to Edinburgh and I will choose this hotel again.
