F1 Arcade Birmingham

JJ, Andrew and Syanne were fantastic tonight and so welcoming! The food was honestly the best meal I've ever had and the venue was amazing, every little detail had been thought about and it's really set off our first visit to Birmingham to the best start, we don't think anything will top it to be honest and already thinking about our next visit! The driving experience was insane! So realistic and so much fun! Thanks so much for the most memorable night. You three are a credit to your team!

I have been to this venue before and always loved it. This particular time, I booked for my partner and his sister to come today and I booked for the wrong date. After a little stressing and sitting wit my head in my hands as we sat at the table in the venue, I went to the wonderful staff at the counter. Sarai immediately met me with kindness and understanding. Together, her and the lovely manager Matty B worked together to book us in at the same time today while the venue is pumping busy. I have honestly never been met with such fast and reliable service. Sarai is a queen of customer service and also just a very empathetic and hard worker. Matty B is an amazing manager who jumped in straight away to help me. I have never been so lucky!! As a side note, I also do just really love this place. The food is good, the service is fast, I’ve never had any issues then those that I’ve created myself (booking the wrong dates and such). Thank you so so so much Sarai and Matty! You are my saviours. *just wanted to add that usually if you are a no show for a booking and didn’t even call or anything (which I couldn’t as I’m from Australia) you lose the money and miss out as it is an inconvenience to the venue and the staff. Not for a moment did I feel like an inconvenience to either of these staff members and they went above and beyond to let me keep the same payment for the booking and moved my booking date. Just trying to get u to grasp the kind of people and service I was provided with!

I had a great time at the F1 Arcade for my birthday. The atmosphere was brilliant, and I enjoyed racing on the simulators. It definitely brings out your competitive side. We had 5 sessions of racing. The cocktails were expensive but they were nice. This is such a fun place to race against family or friends. The staff were welcoming, and I loved the interior and decorations. The lady kept us up to date, as there was a power cut, but we managed to change our slot to later in the afternoon. She was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Everything was smooth and stress free.

This wasn’t part of our itinerary, but it ended up being the highlight of my Birmingham trip! I had an amazing time with my family. As a low-key F1 fan, getting behind the wheel of an F1 simulator felt absolutely surreal. Huge shout-out to Sarai for being so welcoming and accommodating. Until the next race! 🏁

Second watch party I’ve been to this season & I’ve got to say it’s amazing! Well worth the 4 hour round trip…although I do wish there was an F1 Arcade in Leeds or Sheffield & I’d be there for every race. A must do for F1 fans though, amazing atmosphere, friendly staff & good choice of food & drink
