Brilliant experience. A basic level of fitness is needed especially for the two cargo nets. Some of the crossings are a bit tricky but there’s usually an alternative way so overall it’s challenging but fun. Zip line over the edge of Rivington Reservoir is worth the admission price alone. Great work from trainer Adam striking a good balance between keeping the activity fun but making sure the safety aspects are very clearly understood. Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning early next year.

Staff were really friendly and made the process of ensuring safety for everyone and easy light hearted event. The course was great with a smaller tartan swing followed later by a large one and four decent zip lines at the end of each part. Is a great family day out and other guests were all polite and courteous all day. We were a family of 5 with 2 x 15yos and they had an amazing day. We did take our own gloves but purchased the gloves there for £6 (added a waterproof phone case for an extra £4 instead of £6 as a deal bought together). The gloves were great, would recommend as they are wingless but have great grip to for holding wires etc.

Fantastic staff! Very happy feel good factor from them. Excellent training skills , especially Emz who helped us so much with everything. The course was just tough enough to push us out of our comfort zones but also extremely enjoyable leaving us with a fulfilling and exhilarating feeling. We definitely felt the afterglow. Very happy customers!

Had a fantastic experience and definitely recommend. I had 2 grandchildren aged 12 and 10 and myself. We hadn't done anything like this before, and what a fabulous day made by the experience and dedication of the staff. Max was a god send for granddaughter who was apprehensive and stayed along with us and encouraged her to overcome her fear. Also Tom helped me to choose on the next to last challenge my best option and stayed until I had completed it. The course had multiple levels with options along the way to stop if needed. All staff really friendly and what a great bunch of people to be around. Thanks again for making our day awesome.

First time, and it was super fun! The staff were welcoming and nice, especially helpful at the first site—they pointed out my mistakes and made sure I understood everything before letting us continue the course at our own pace. The course at this location was quite tame, which made it a great choice for a first-time experience. It’s beginner-friendly and good for getting comfortable with the equipment and heights. The constant clipping and unclipping got a bit repetitive, but you get used to it. After a while, the obstacles started to feel a bit monotonous—more variety, like extra Tarzan swings, would’ve made it more exciting. Near the end, one of the staff members stood behind us and told me to put my phone away. I was safely on the platform and just trying to take a picture of my friend going down the zip line. I thought taking photos was allowed at your own risk, so this felt a bit off. It also changed the vibe—we had felt independent and relaxed throughout the course, but suddenly it felt like we were being supervised. It ended the experience on a weird note. That said, I’d still go again—maybe to a more extreme or challenging location next time. I loved the zip lines and honestly wish there were more of them!.
