Some staff danced in front of the shop, very eye catching. Large variety of toys and friendly staff who presented several amazing toys at each stand. Kids can try out before buying them. The queen and king of Lego are really impressive.

Haven't been here for about 10 years and it still holds the same magic as always. Enjoyed going early on a school day so wasnt hectic and we got to see everything we wanted to and even had a little magic show which was great. Every child's dream shop and still the best 👌 🙏💖😊👌

Just be ready for the crowds. It gets extremely busy, and you’ll need some patience to navigate the different floors. If you can handle that, it’s a fun place to explore with kids and a guaranteed hit for anyone who loves toys.

Went here in the lead up to Christmas and it was magical, only given 3 stars because of the poor provision for push chairs , wheel chairs the lifts are not fit for purpose based on the people who come here , I'm sure with a better lift experience it would be 5 stars all the way
