So much to choose from! But not enough room to try every thing so will have to visit again! Great friendly staff everywhere is spotless!! great meal out with the family, disabled friendly venue to, meaning enough space to get around as much as needed especially if you have a big bulky chair or similar. Parking is the only down fall (it don't have any) we had to be dropped off. But still a great venue to have a meal

For a global food buffet, it felt that they only really had British and Asian food, with some pizza and pasta thrown in. The pizza and pasta were sub-par at best, some of the hot food is great and some is very average - so it’s all a bit hit and miss! I liked the food enough, but I wouldn’t say this is a high-quality buffet, and the food choices felt somewhat minimal. There were some good, tasty vegetarian options which was a bonus. Staff are quick to tidy around you, and always very friendly. The toilets need some attention as they felt rundown and not well-kept with many of the cubicles out of loo roll Worth popping into if you’re not sure what you fancy, but it’s nothing special!

Lots of selection Chinese, Indian, British, dessert, sushi, fresh cooked meats. Some of food was not kept hot enough, some food had lots flavour others bit bland. No ice available for water 👎 Plastic plates are awful.

I sent this via email and message to receive no response. Hello, We visited on the 17th as part of my son’s 16th birthday celebration as we had always wanted to try your restaurant. We travelled more than 45 mins to get to your restaurant and paid city centre parking charges to visit. We were left absolutely disgusted and so hungry we visited a takeaway on the way home. I don’t want to post this review on social media or review sites in hope you can rectify this situation with a refund. We were sending full plates of food back to the kitchen as they weren’t edible. There was limited food available with many areas in the buffet areas being out of use. We were a party of 4 and not one of us enjoyed a single thing and we tried a range of options. The curry tasted like it comes from a jar or the microwave. The pizza was soggy. The onion rings were over cooked. The Mac cheese tasted like it had gone off and rubbery. Sweet and sour beef was cold and chewy. The noodles were dry and sticky. The chips were bruised and cold. The dessert choice was awful and the cakes tasted like chemicals. The sweet dishes were solid and stale. The worst was spaghetti and meatballs which tasted like a dish of salty water. These are just some examples I could go on. The waiters were trying to take the plates from under our noses like they could tell we didn’t like anything. Then to pay over £100.00 to be served off plastic plates with dirty cutlery was horrendous. The drinks were served in cans, the water was warm and been sitting on the bar. Honestly I rated my experience 0/10 and regret our choices. I have attached a couple of images I didn’t take many as it was at this point I had decided I would complain and leave the restaurant when not even the most basic of dishes were just so many levels of wrong. Then as we were leaving we were pointed towards the back door to be what was to seem like to be let away from arriving guests. I hope to hear from you soon. Kirsty.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgusting and not worth the £19.95 per person. The live cooking was the worst part - food wasn’t even cooked properly. Most of the buffet was cold, desserts were missing, the jelly was rock hard, and even the fruits were rotten. The sushi was awful, the Indian food was no better, and overall nothing was edible. Staff didn’t bother refilling food, were rude, and even asked to clear my plate while I was still eating. No water is served at the table - you’re expected to buy it separately. Hardly any beer on tap either. This place has no value for money and no manners in service. Honestly, I wouldn’t even rate it a 1. They should be refunding customers instead of charging for such a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
