Wow, wow, and wow!!! I stumbled upon Lab 22 on accident, and I couldn’t have been happier that I did. For a top ranked bar, you would never know it by how humble and down to earth the staff is, but as soon as you order a drink, you will be blown away by the complexity of the flavors in parallel with the humility and approachability of the cocktail. Not feeling anything that fits your fancy, the AMAZING bartenders will whip you up something that’s unique and to your liking. Having been to multiple of the top ranked bars around the world, this one is 10000% worth the hype and worth a visit. My only regret was that I couldn’t try more cocktails on my first visit (I was and am always a responsible consumer of alcohol). Bonus the fact that the cocktails are under 10 GBP!!! Not sure what to get, get anything that looks interesting to you, you won’t be disappointed.

This place blew our minds. Great, friendly staff, buzzing atmosphere, topped off with an unique selection of drinks. The ingredients come from local businesses with mention of the distance and the business for every drink. A unique place that should not be missed. Let's look after it and tip generously.

One of the best bars I’ve ever been to anywhere. Stunningly well thought out cocktails, fab service, and an incredible menu. I’d have happily have completed the menu if I hadn’t needed to dash off after a few rounds, but I would travel to Cardiff to specifically go to this bar. Go here; you won’t regret it.

Amazing little place, full of atmosphere and great service. Accommodated a party of 20+ with no fuss. I fancied a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu and it was not a problem at all; the staff were so willing and friendly. With Cardiff becoming somewhat overrun with chains, Lab 22 offers the personal touch. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!

This is literally the best cocktail bar in Cardiff by far! We tried 4 different cocktails and enjoyed them all. Voyager was the best one in my view! I like it upstairs, it feels bit private and far from the crowd on the street. Staff are absolutely nice and helpful. We will definitely visit again!
