I visited this store on a weekday with a friend from Japan. Even though it wasn't the weekend, the place was packed, which seems to be the norm here. We had a great time taking photos with the M&M’s version of the Beatles and the iconic London phone booth. The variety is huge; you can find everything from personalized chocolates with your face on them to pajamas and notebooks. I even tried the 'color mood' test to see which M&M I was! It’s a very fun and entertaining stop if you’re around Leicester Square.

The store was absolutely massive and spread over several floors, packed with colourful displays and an amazing variety of chocolates and souvenirs anything you could think of. The whole place was buzzing with excitement, and we had a great time there. It was a really fun experience.

This is... something incredible, unbelievable, wonderful, incomparable (and all the other adjectives of the English language)! -)) I have never seen an M&M's store quite like this one. In Shanghai, for example, there is also a large M&M's store with plenty to offer - but nothing quite like this. Just think about it - this is a four‑level M&M's shop! And of course, it sells only one product (and everything related to it). Four floors packed with merchandise: clothing, tableware, accessories, toys, pencils, notebooks, jars, mugs — in short, an enormous variety of both useful and not‑so‑useful items. I was particularly intrigued by the historical series showcasing the original M&M's logos and mascots. Back then, Yellow and Red were black‑and‑white, and their distinctive personalities - so familiar from the commercials we've known for years - weren't yet fully developed. Like other M&M's stores, this one boasts an incredible assortment of candies — different colors, shapes, and flavors (for instance, some with salted caramel, others with cookie pieces). All this splendor is displayed in a large showcase where you can scoop up any candies you like and then pay by weight at the checkout. This is a brilliant sales concept — I suspect these loose candies are the store’s main revenue driver! -)) You could spend hours wandering around the shop, and I believe every visitor ends up buying something. If you’re with children, expect to purchase a bit more than you originally planned -) The store is located opposite a large LEGO shop, so you can easily visit both in one trip. Oh, and there is also a McDonald's just to the side of the LEGO store, which makes Swiss Court a perfect destination for a family outing -)

We visited M&M's World London during our trip to London, and it was certainly a vibrant and energetic experience — especially with children. The store itself is impressive, spread across multiple floors right in the heart of Leicester Square. As soon as you walk in, you’re surrounded by colour, character displays, themed merchandise, and interactive features. It feels more like a tourist attraction than a traditional sweet shop. The giant M&M characters and photo opportunities add to the fun atmosphere, and there’s plenty to explore on each level. The famous pick-and-mix wall is definitely eye-catching, with an enormous range of colours and varieties. However, we did find the pick and mix to be on the expensive side for what it is. It’s easy to fill a bag quickly, and the cost adds up faster than expected. While we understand you’re paying for the location and experience, it’s worth being mindful of how much you’re scooping. Overall, it’s a lively, entertaining stop if you’re already in the area. The atmosphere is fun and memorable, particularly for families, but be prepared for premium pricing — especially when it comes to the pick and mix.

A fun experience. Not did I know that m&m was that popular that they could have 4 stories high candy shop. We made our own candy with print. Cost like 30punds. A cool place to visit. Lots of merch!
