Conveniently placed right next to the train station. Staff were beyond excellent. Helpful, kind and ensured our stay was perfect. Room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, just like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is well worth having, a step up from elsewhere at its price point. We will be using this hotel from now on when we visit birmingham. Would reccomend for both business and leisure.

Booked 2 rooms here for my family 18th birthday. I want to say a huge thank you to Adam for the lovely spacious connecting rooms provided, also for the treats in the room for this special occasion! We were welcomed and checked in by Ana who was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Later we were looked after by Lyndsey, again, another team member who couldnt have been more helpful. We got to enjoy the bar area and we're well looked after. Overall, we had a lovely stay in a great location and in a fantastic hotel. Thank you all.

Using this hotel often, this is another amazing stay. Firstly, let's talk about the most welcoming staff in the UK hotel industry! Adam, Lyndsey, just perfect. From the moment you come in, smiles, friendly, helpful, happy to chat, just a very welcoming place. There are not many hotels like this anymore within the UK. The position of the hotel is great, next to train station, on thr High Street, but once inside you wouldn't know any different. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Had a great stay yet again, thank you both and to all those at the Burlington. Amazing!

Service: Excellent. The reception staff were exremely welcoming and helpful. Room: Large and very comfortabl but...my wife and I thought it was a little on the cool side (in January) and, after enquiring, we discovered that it is not possible to alter the temperature of your room! Location: The hotel sits on New Street with the rear facing New Street station. Our room was at the back and was subject to quite a bit of noise from passing trams and commuters using the station.

So we've stayed in quite a few hotels in Birmingham thought we'd give this a try as location is good and thought hotel looked nice too,however we were disappointed,not all was disappointing!location is good and staff were helpful,our tv wasn't working on arrival but a member of staff came and sorted that out for us,however the bed was tiny mattress wasn't great room and hotel was tired,due to it being a good location its very noisy which I know can't be helped but it was that loud it sounded like the window was open which it wasn't,also air-conditioning is set at 22 to 26 degrees and was so hot in the night couldn't sleep due to this and noise,we tried to open the window for some air and although we said it was loud opening it wouldn't of made it any louder as windows aren't great,found out that it doesn't open so it was unbearable,also we think it was the heating but around every 5 to 10 minutes it sounded like a plane was taking off so we both had near enough no sleep,think this could be a lovely hotel but certain things let it down which to us are basic things!!
