I live in Swansea i am a support worker i took one of the people i support out for the afternoon. The lady i support is wheelchair bounded suffers from epilepsy. The car park was abit full no disabled places as they were full so i parked in a normal spot. Went to b and ms to get sunglassed for the cinema staff were very polite and helpful. Went to Odeon enter the reg in the tablet went to our seats. Enjoyed the film. 10 days later we received a fine. I dont like parking in parc tawe cause so many people get fined why cant it go back to the way it was before 4 ahours free parking. A little tip take a photo of the reg when you enter into the tablet as proof. So something like this doesnt happen to anyone else

Nothing to do with the retail park itself being a 1 star but the car park is monitored through a company called Eternity Fire and Security Ltd. They are absolute scum to deal with and will fine you for using the car park even if you enter your reg into the parking tablets. Will not be returning to this retail park because of this and I'm sure there are many others in the same situation after what I've been reading online

Fantastic shops and places to eat and do activity. If you go past 1 min past 2hr's you will be fined for £60 ( after 14 days £100) Used to be 3 hours free parking, now that the private carpark owners moved in actively helping cause the death of the town centre.

We parked here in 2022 and went bowling. The bowling team were supposed to enter our car registration details but for some reason this didn’t happen. We chose to not pay the fee and was expecting a follow up to dispute. Nothing came, now in 2025!! We’ve received a letter from a debt company and the bill has gone up to £170. Through research I see it’s no point trying to dispute as the company are awful and you won’t get anywhere. I will however follow up a dispute since paying in attempt to get reimbursement. The letter threatened to take us to court - how this can happen 3 years on I’ll never know. Will never park here again!

Private car parking is a scam, Tenpin is still open but received a fine. Tried to contact them through email/calling and never heard anything back. Don’t bother
