• Steaks that are selectively and responsibly sourced from west country farms in Devon, Cornwall and the Welsh borders who are devoted to their animals’ welfare
• Seafood which is freshly caught by Cornish fishermen and bought straight to the restaurant
• Seasonal lamb, chicken and pork with guest game and meats

• Regular gourmet evenings designed to showcase the ingredients on offer

Upon entering you are met with a vibrant and eclectic mix of art-inspired fabrics, design & architecture. They take art as seriously as their steak; each restaurant boasts dedicated and exclusive gallery spaces for your perusal.

It provides an ever-changing display of original pieces and limited editions from some of the country’s most talented artists. More recently, artists from the local area have been asked to exhibit their work, and once a year every site is in partnership with a local arts society, giving them the whole gallery space to exhibit their members’ work.
