We saw Stranger Things - The First Shadow. The theatre has excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The play was amazing. Word of advice. Be careful of sitting in the last 2 rows at the back of the stalls as vision is limited. Really enjoyed all the same.

Went to see the strangers things stage show at the phoenix and it was agreat show and a nice theatre. Surprisingly decent amount of leg room for an old theatre. Usually I have trouble but I was comfortable for the vast majority of the show which was also air conditioned between acts. Would definitely visit again

Older theatre but seats are relatively comfortable despite lack of leg room. Staff are great. Stranger things was an exceptional play. Special effects were incredible.

Gorgeous little theatre, located a just a few minutes walk away from Tottenham Court Rd Station. We sat in the Dress Circle, C21 and C22 and it was genuinely the best seats in the house because it's raked so pretty much central it's in your eye line, no straining your neck and it's such an immersive view and exactly what you need for a show like Stranger Things. The only issue is that the seats are pretty snug with little movement with the arm rest, and leg space could be an issue for anyone taller than 5ft1. We did grab a pot of popcorn, 100g for £6.50, which was alright, but they tasted stale - which was a bit disappointing. Ushers were extremely professional, polite and helpful.

Received tickets as a gift; had a slight problem with the seats booked, but the staff were unbelievably helpful and made sure my experience was a great one. Feels like a traditional theatre, but one that's been fully modernised to be as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come here again!
