This hotel was fantastic from the moment I stepped out the car there was a loverly doorman in his kilt who greeted us to help with our luggage we then had s very pleasant greeting by Jack who checked us in and armed us with all the knowledge that we needed to know about the hotel he also took us to our room he was very professional polite friendly and made a very good impression. Our room was spotless with complimentary water and Tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable and there were plug sockets next to the bed hooray! The marble bathroom was just as nice. We ordered some room service again the food was brilliant and the service and staff were 10/10. Theres a fire in reception which added that coziness to the cold outside. Breakfast was absolutely superb and so inviting again the service was outstanding. I loved the little jams on the table. There is also a beautiful afternoon tea room which was so delightful and pretty. We were always asked after we ate at breakfast if we would like new cutlery which was a nice touch. Checking out was easy I can’t recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff enough.

Exceptional. Visited the bar for a few drinks. Was immediately made to feel welcome. Warm and welcoming, busy and vibrant. Felt like we were mixing it with the rich and famous for the afternoon. Drinks were around £10 per pint and £17 medium glass of wine. Yes, expensive, however was also about the experience, location and venue. Spent the afternoon talking to a lovely gentleman sat at the bar. Would love to spend another cosy afternoon there.

We had an excellent stay at The Balmoral. Top quality service for us start to finish. The connecting suite rooms were perfect for us and the children. The rooms were quiet and clean. I was truly shocked how quiet the rooms were. The restaurant is delicious and so is the room service. The location of this hotel is also superb, close to everything. Access to the train is amazing, and such a fun experience.

5 🌟 feedback for all that we experienced on our Balmoral journey recently. From the first moments of stepping through its exquisite entrance, you will note that it is a place of opulent ambience, impeccable service and attention to every detail one would expect in such an establishment. Our spa experience was sumptuous, we were attended to by superb and professional therapists who certainly know their craft. We both felt pampered and cared for during our treatments. A beautiful spa which has been designed exquisitely in every way to ensure you can be enveloped in this utopian space. An experience not to be missed if you are staying here! Thank you to all the staff at the Balmoral for creating such a wonderful place to rest and enjoy...

Wonderful kind compassionate staff here, no matter what the customer is wearing, their gender, race, or disabilty, the staff here treat all with kindness and respect. The hotel is fancy but the staff here treat all like royality. Helping when can and making sure that everyone's is welcome no matter how long or short their visit is, A preciously kept moment for all here weather it's a drink at the bar, dinning, or over night stay. The staff are humble and helpful and this hotel currently is a great projection of Scotland at it's very best.
