Yes they are Pet Friendly hotel, your furry friends are welcome at all Graduate Hotels. There is a charge to add a pet to your reservation for £40 per stay.

Looking for things to do while you stay in Oxford, then you can borrow a bike from the front desk and go and explore the city on two wheels.

We know how nice it is to hand over the keys after a long drive. They offer a service to valet your car with unlimited in and out privileges for £48 per night (from 14:00 on day of arrival to 12:00 on day of departure). Each additional hour from 12:00pm is £6.00.

Their Wellness Centre offers a range of nurturing spa treatments in partnership with Germaine de Cappucini, and a relaxing Thermal Suite with jacuzzi, saunas, steam room and sensation showers.

Perfect location and brilliant service from everyone: concierge, reception, bar, restaurant - all professional and friendly. The room was spacious and pretty, bathroom was clean and up-to-date. The reason I gave 4 stars for the room is I think they could do with a deep clean, e.g stains on cushions cover and dusty air con pipe/grill. Not bad enough to put you off but considering the price of the room the cleanliness should match.

Great hotel stay, first time visiting Oxford and we wanted a chilled time using the spa also. Had a few rooms booked as there was a few of us. Best massages we've received, I had the maternity massage and I'd love it again. Concierge are so friendly and helpful everytime we saw them. Reception check-in and check out was smooth, staff lovely. The only thing that disappoint me was it was my partners birthday and I asked for a birthday message to be in the room which was agreed prior arrival but that never happened unfortunately, however we had a lovely upgrade with a view and it was amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy and welcoming. Would recommend to others and deffo stay again. I'd mention a few great staff members but none were wearing name badges.

My family and I had a wonderful time again yesterday. Fabulous classic fish and chips and delicious reversed Cheesecake (the fruit and at the end and the ice cream on top was a great treat and combination!) that we’d highly recommend. We had lovely drinks too! The staff were very accommodating, caring, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end - an high thank you in particular also to James and Zuzana for taking such great care of us!! 🤗😊 They are incredibly accommodating to those with food/drink intolerances/allergies or any accessibility requirements to anyone so don’t be afraid to ask or mention if needed. Will definitely come again

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. I loved the Alice in Wonderland lamps and overall decor. The room was a bit warm but I appreciated being able to open the windows a bit. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after days of walking. The front desk was fantastic. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, but the service is not on par with its 5star status. Upon check in I discovered a wash cloth in my room that was clearly soiled with what looked to be fecal matter (pictured below). I called down to the reception desk to have the problem handled. They apologized profusely and offered free breakfast for the three of our rooms. I explained that we were on a corporate stay and breakfast was already on all of our rooms. They said they would then look into it and offer something else. I suggested that they offer a free night for the inconvenience since I discovered the soiled cloth right before bed. They told me that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I checked on the issue again a couple of times and they never did anything to remedy the issue. Overall it’s a very nice looking hotel with beautiful rooms, but the staff lacks attention to detail and the towel service they use doesn’t seem to be top notch. I’m not quite sure how this place is holding onto its 5 star status with the type of service it renders.
