Can I buy tickets on the door?
While a limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the door, we strongly advise pre-ordering tickets online for a smoother and more convenient experience. By securing your tickets in advance, you can guarantee entry and avoid any potential disappointment due to limited availability.
Will I have to queue to get into the museum?
When booking your tickets, we’ll request you to choose a specific time slot for your visit and kindly arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. In some instances, we might need to organise a queue outside to ensure a safe and smooth admission process for all visitors within their designated time slots.
How long will I have to visit the museum?
Each visitor’s experience is unique, but we suggest allocating up to three hours for your visit. The diverse offerings and engaging exhibits make it worthwhile to spend ample time exploring and enjoying the museum to the fullest.
Can I take photographs in the museum?
Certainly! You are welcome to take photographs in the Museum for personal use.
