We brought our little boy here and the whole stay was fantastic. The check in staff were friendly and helped us get a travel cot into the room. The room itself was impeccable, breakfast was equally as good with the team going the extra mile to help us with our son’s food allergy. The whole team were outstanding, the value unbeatable and the location perfect. Parking is easy as well. Wholeheartedly recommended and your team is excellent.

We had an absolutely lovely stay! Travelling with a disabled person the facilities were perfect! BIG SHOUT OUT TO Binayak Rijal what a superb professional, he accommodated for a special request of a breakfast situation that came up because of Ramadhan and handled the situation swiftly and perfectly. Thank you so much Holiday inn Edinburgh! Kids loved the pool too great stay and very happy!

Love staying here & hearing the sound of the monkeys as you get ready in the morning. We had a room looking over towards the zoo which was great. Our room was good though did get a little hot on a night. Breakfast was nice & had a good variety though some of the hot food wasn't all hot, maybe lukewarm. It's the best place to stay when you're heading to the zoo though & very good value for money. The corridor areas could do with a refresh but the rest of the hotel looked pretty swish.

Updated since our previous stay which is really good. Communal areas upgraded and fresh looking. Room was small but very clean so no complaints. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, can't fault them especially the restaurant staff. Food was nice and reasonably priced. One gripe I do have is why are guests allowed into the restaurant in pyjamas. I can forgive very young children but over 5's and grown adults is not acceptable. Dressing gowns, slippers and pj's. You need to address this as it has let the hotel down. No harm in a NO PYJAMAS at breakfast sign.

The service was impeccable, friendly and welcoming staff. We booked specifically for the zoo so location was perfect and only a shortish bus ride away from main city area. Breakfast was your standard hotel selection with some nice Scottish specifics. Rooms are dated but clean, bathroom was tiny and awkward and we had a towel with a hole in it. Health club was again dated but fine and a welcome extra but wouldn't use it again. Price was good for what we got.
