Room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy. Spa was great but could do with a hot tub as this was definitely something we felt was missing. Best breakfast we have ever had in a London hotel. Amazing variety of real food. The lady making eggs was so lovely and such a great touch, this is usually only something we see abroad! We were so pleasantly surprised. Coffee at breakfast also so good!

I liked staying at this hotel, its nearby plenty of places to eat, many museums are in walking distance, and its basically one block from one of the tube stations that you can use to get just about everywhere if you want to get to the touristy locations of London. The only complaints I had was the upper floors were very warm and the "air conditioning" felt like it was just blowing air into my room and the sheets had clear stains on them even after the room had been serviced three times.

Everyone were so nice, especially the guy at the front desk that did the check in- Medhab? The location was great, 10 min from Covent garden and a walking distance from china town. Thank you for a perfect stay

My partner had a conference close by, so the location of NYX Hotel London was ideal. The accommodations were good. My partner especially enjoyed having access to pool and sauna. The only negative was a loud clicking sound, that sounded like the room door opening and closing. This happened at few times an hour throughout our stay. It is quite unnerving at 2am. The staff were fantastic though, with special mention to Raquel, the night manager, and Pablo, the receptionist. Among other things, they helped us use the Cast function from phone to hotel TV. They were both diligent, pleasant and a delight to engage with. Good marks for hotel, highest marks for staff. I should also mention that I loved the quick and easy coffee machine at breakfast, and the quirky art throughout the hotel. David and Mari
