Absolutely loved the service, the reception desk, bar staff, breakfast staff attentiveness, quality of breakfast options, pool, wet sauna and rooms. Highly recommend for a group of 4 and note that King beds are equivalent to Canadian Queen beds here. This worked for us here and we all slept in comfort! I want to also really highlight that due to the sheer pleasure of this stay, I consider this to be a great home base for all things London. Access to tube stations across multiple lines, National Rail and near enough to The British Museum, The National Gallery and tons of places to eat make this a great location. Would stay here again, full stop.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was nice. The location is super. The refreshments in the room (coffee, cookies, sparkling water etc.) were fantastic. Bed quality was good. The hotel staff was friendly. Maybe the quality of cleaning could be improved a little.

Fabulous hotel with some very quirky elements. Cocktails at the main lobby bar were great and expected prices. Bed was incredibly comfortable, room spacious with lots of towels - perfect for three girls! Air conditioning a blessing when it was over 30°C outside. Less than 5 mins from Holborn station.

Great spacious rooms for London with a huge bed, blackout blinds and temperature controls that you could actually work. I slept really well here because of the above and because the windows actually blocked out the noise. The front desk staff were really helpful and friendly. The bathroom itself is small but the shower is great. Location is great for access from Euston if getting the train in and close to lots of sights.

A deep disappointment. Not a 5 star experience. The rooms are very small, outdated, and incredibly noisy — I could hear every sound from the hallway. The air conditioning system was one of the worst I’ve encountered: overly powerful and uncomfortable, with no proper temperature control. The staff, especially the guest relations team, were unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly request basic amenities like cotton pads, and even after several reminders, they were slow to respond. I literally had to ask for something everyday as it wasn’t even always available. They don’t provide any kits. The staff that was at the hall on June 28 at 1:30 a.m. were disrespectful, rude, and sexist! Totally unacceptable behaviour towards two young women. We didn’t feel safe. At that point, we regretted spending £2,700 for this hotel. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, disrespectful attitude from some staff, and poor room comfort made this a disappointing and frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth experience. There are better options in London!
