4 Nights at the NYX Hotel London Holborn by Leonardo Hotels

We stayed at the hotel for approximately four nights this past February. We arrived early in the morning, and it was clear that it was a very busy day at the hotel with many departures and arrivals. At reception, we met the duty manager, Arshad- a wonderful and welcoming person with a warm smile. Arshad greeted us with genuine hospitality, showed interest in us, and assisted us with the check-in process. Room check-in was scheduled for the afternoon, and when we received our room, it was fantastic. A spacious and comfortable room, with a nice view and an especially comfortable bed. Considering the price and value for money, we were very impressed. The hotel is in an excellent location - central and easily accessible to everything. The heated pool was not warm enough, but we still enjoyed it as well as the saunas in the spa area. The breakfast was rich and fresh; compared to many European countries, we were pleasantly surprised. Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the hot water, which was handled by the staff. Despite the inconvenience, we received special attention from the team and were offered alternative solutions. On one of the days, we returned to the room in the afternoon and encountered a maintenance staff member inside the room, even though a “Do Not Disturb” sign was placed on the door. As someone who works in hospitality, I fully understand the importance of ensuring guest comfort, and we made sure not to create an uncomfortable situation for the employee who was simply doing his job. However, in the future, it is recommended to adhere more strictly to the “Do Not Disturb” sign policy and to inform guests in advance if there is any issue requiring room access. With other guests, this might not have been received as calmly. speaking from experience. Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We highly recommend the hotel to family and friends. And once again - special recognition to Arshad. A lovely employee who truly enhances the guest experience. Well done!

We’ve just finished a 3-night stay at the hotel and it was simply excellent. The hotel’s location is fantastic — very central yet pleasantly quiet, within easy walking distance of a great variety of cafés and restaurants, and right next to a tube station, which made getting around London extremely convenient. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, featuring plenty of modern art throughout the property. Our room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the hotel staff were always friendly, attentive, and happy to assist. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return in the future.

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at NYX Hotel London Holborn. We were offered a glass of complimentary prosecco on check-in and the staff were very welcoming. The room was very spacious but a little dark. Only a 20 minute walk from Euston Train Station so great if you're travelling via train (London traffic in a taxi can be a nightmare!) and there are plenty of nice places to eat around. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but it looked great.

Hotel was lovely , quirky and clean. Staff quite cold with us. Upon check in didn’t really interact , I was expecting some kind of warm welcome especially after reading reviews off others saying staff were great. I used the bar in the morning for a coffee whilst I was on a zoom meeting. The barman was more interested in talking to another customer at their table than me. Made me feel small and insignificant. Also room was tiny. It had all we needed though and bathroom lovely , just a very small room.

For the amount is costs to stay here for a single night I expected alot more. Hot water would have been a nice start and a clean room that was ready with what I payed extra for weeks before. To be able to sleep because the windows are good enough to keep sound and cold out. The toilet kept flushing all hours of the night by itself and the shower had zero pressure to it even the cold water. (Which is all we had) The spa to have a hot tub would be a nice addition, and it to actually have a spa like feel to it, It just felt like a shallow cold pool with nothing going for it. It certainly didn't feel like a spa. Needs bigger womens changing facilities too. That was a horrific experience. We have stayed at many Leonardo hotels and I can honestly say we won't be coming back to this one. What was booked for a relaxing newly engaged getaway we didn't get that at all. Don't want it to be all negative so I will say the staff offered us a glass of prossecco on arrival which was nice. Oh and £49 back due to the water issue.
