We had a wonderful time at Amazónico. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere draws you in — the music, lighting, and overall design create an energetic yet relaxed vibe that immediately makes the evening feel special. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared, but what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In particular, we really appreciated how confidently and professionally allergens and dietary requirements were handled, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the evening without any concerns. The combination of great music, outstanding food, and warm, professional service makes Amazónico a place we would happily return to and recommend to others.

We came here for a business dinner and had such an amazing time. Every dish was exceptional — truly one better than the other. From the sushi to the meat dishes, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. I realised I haven’t had such a fantastic dining experience in a long time, and I’m genuinely grateful for it. The atmosphere, the service, the food — everything was flawless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable evening.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Amazónico London. Before arriving, I had emailed the team with a polite request to film a short clip for my English content and they kindly accommodated it with genuine warmth and professionalism. From the very first moment, the staff were attentive, gracious, and incredibly supportive. The food is simply exceptional, refined, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails are on another level: creative, perfectly balanced, and memorable. Service throughout the evening was flawless attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and highly professional. And the atmosphere… truly beyond words. Elegant, vibrant, and effortlessly chic. A place where everything works in harmony: people, music, energy, service, and quality. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a memorable evening. This is hospitality done right. Highly recommended.

My sister and I visited on Friday to celebrate her 28th birthday, dressed up and excited for a special night. Our first interaction with the door men took some of the shine off the occasion. They questioned whether my sister’s business casual co-ord with a black feather coat on top was a “tracksuit” and asked to see the material before letting her in. It wouldn’t have normally bothered us but after seeing other guests dressed far more casually with no issue, it left her feeling self-conscious on what should have been the opposite. Once inside, the experience improved. Our server was polite, though it would’ve been a nice touch to acknowledge the celebration. The real stars were the lady sommelier, who was patient and knowledgeable while helping me choose a wine, and the bartender from Hong Kong at the front—warm, upbeat, and genuinely memorable. We ended up staying by the bar for the rest of the night because of them. Food-wise, the starters outshone the mains. They were packed with flavour, while the lamb main, although nicely presented, felt fairly average for the price point. My sister enjoyed her cocktails, and the wine recommendation was spot-on. For two starters, two main courses with sides and a bottle of wine/ cocktails, we spent just under £200 per person. The atmosphere was lively and there were highlights, but overall, it didn’t quite justify the cost for us. With so many great places to try, I wouldn’t rush back—though with a smoother welcome and a stronger main course, the experience could have been much more memorable.

So frustrating Amazonica. Your food has been so good. Flavours were great. The meat was cooked really well. Then everything went downhill from the mains onward. The service was JUST SO SLOW! From mains just to get to dessert (a banana split btw), we had to wait for AN HOUR! To top it all off, we have booked in, emailed the team and reminded them at the start of our dining that there is a birthday celebration for the day. We waited and waited after dessert up until waiting for the bill, NOTHING WAS PREPARED BY THE TEAM FOR THE BIRTHDAY!! If you are planning to have your special day here, be aware of this.
