Stayed with my husband and two children for 3 nights here for February school vacation, in a King Studio. Everything about this hotel - the service, facilities, food, location - was fantastic from start to finish. We had the Bed & Breakfast rate which I highly recommend!! The restaurant Tozi had fantastic breakfast (delivered to us in-room at no extra charge) as well as delicious dinner (and good kids menu). The service was impeccable. We called down quite a few times asking for things and every request was taken care of swiftly and with grace and kindness. Definitely go up to the rooftop pool and hot tub. What a treat to be there in London in winter! Great access to public transportation, including the Uber Thames Ferry, which we took from Battersea Power Station all the way down to Greenwich one day, and got to see many of the iconic London sites in the span of an hour. The location also has lots of restaurants and shopping (and a playground if you have kids). We recommend this hotel fully and will love to return one day. 5 stars!

We hosted our Christmas party for 120 guests at Joia in December and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The venue itself is fantastic with stunning views of Battersea Power Station which created an incredible atmosphere for the evening. We began the evening by a cocktail reception, with delicious canapes and bowl food before finishing with an open buffet. All of our guests were impressed by the beautifully presented Iberian inspired cuisine, the quality and the amount of food on the buffet. The professionalism and organisation of the team truly stood out and Adrian was incredibly accommodating with our numerous requests, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to him and his whole team for contributing to such a memorable and successful evening. We would highly recommend Joia if you want to host an event of that size and look forward to returning in the future.

This felt like a bit of a hidden gem when visiting London. Being right inside the Battersea Power Station complex is a big plus — easy access to good food, cafés, and shopping, all within walking distance. It’s also nice just strolling along the Thames from here, with great views and a relaxed vibe. Central London is surprisingly close — around 20 minutes by tube, and places like Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road are easy to reach without changing trains. We booked through Amex Hotel Collection and stayed from Dec 21–24. Check-in was smooth, we were upgraded to a higher floor, and the room had a modern, artistic feel with some really nice views. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. We were greeted in-room with some artisan chocolates. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but we did order food around 2am thanks to jet lag — and it was actually really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we’re already planning on returning! We absolutely recommend it for your stay in London. The location is perfect- right next to the underground and train for easy access to wherever you’d like to go in London. The surrounding area is full of fun restaurants, stores, cafes, bakeries, entertainment and groceries (there’s an M&S hall very close by, as well as Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express), all within walking distance. The hotel room itself was beautifully designed and so comfortable, with extra touches like a robe & slippers, a steamer, water and little treats provided, as well as room service. The hotel provides amenities like a sauna & steam room, a variety of special events, and their rooftop pool is heated with beautiful views. Special shoutout to Mohammed, Sabrina, and Syed for their impeccable service, and the doorman (so sorry I didn’t get his name!) for always greeting us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay and the end of our vacay so wonderful. Absolutely loved it and cannot wait to be back!

Overall a disappointing stay at Art'otel. It markets itself as a five star hotel, and it definitely falls short in comparison to other five stars. Upon check in, the two male staff members at reception were not pleasant. There was a queue of around 11 people to check in and they didn't even crack a smile at anyone or exchange any pleasantries. The room style is very 'Ikea' and cleanliness could be improved. The pillows on the bed were incredibly uncomfortable. The view from the room was of the train tracks - which were quite noisy at night and in the morning. The rooftop pool is stunning, great views! The hotel also allows dogs (for a fee), which is great.
