We hosted our company Christmas party at art’otel and the team went above and beyond to make the entire evening seamless. Communication in the lead‑up was efficient, friendly and incredibly accommodating. The venue itself is stunning, with a brilliant atmosphere that made the night feel special as soon as guests arrived. The cocktails were exceptional and the canapés were delicious. Staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. We received amazing feedback from our guests, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for future events. Highly recommend art’otel for anyone looking to host a memorable, well‑executed celebration. Thank you again to the whole team!

The hotel is wonderful,in a nice neighborhood and close to underground. The staff is competent and friendly. The restaurants are good, and the rooms are comfy in general. However it was very hard to open and close the curtains in our room. There was the kitchen smell in the room from time to time. The elevator does not show the floor numbers on a screen. Also the television needs at least one channel in Turkish. It has numerous foreign channels but none in Turkish. In short it was a nice stay, and I would come again.

Overall a great stay. Rooms have a high quality finish. Food fantastic and staff really helpful. Safe and secure with lifts operated by room key card. Restaurant has fantastic views over London and the Power Station and knowledgeable/ helpful staff. Small issues prevent me giving 5 stars 1) online booking process problematic - resulting in 4 confirmation emails received but payment not made. Had to call to rectify and complete booking. 2) Further email received advising "looking forward to our arrival" but wrong arrival date quoted. 3) booked & paid £30 (£10 p.h.) for an early check-in. Confirmed by email of estimated arrival time but room wasn't ready. Rectified by referral to manager and swap of room. 4) Shower gel cannister empty on arrival. 5) Booking included, and paid for, the gourmet experience. Our bill for incidentals included cost of the gourmet experience as well. Rectified, after I brought to the attention of the waiter, but revised bill included 15% service charge on incidentals AND the gourmet experience - so headline cost of the experience is understated (although you could reduce the service fee if you spot it and challenge). 6) early check-in fee included in final bill twice - 5 to 7 days for a refund.

the rooms are very well decorated, new and cozy. the service is great and helpful. Gym is well equipped and new :) the spa needs improvement: 3 out of 4 times I went into the sauna it was turned off, also it doesn't have a thermometer inside the sauna so you don't know at what temperature it is. Additionally the lockers in the changing room cant be used, would be helpful to be able to place the belongings in the locker while in the sauna. this could easily be improved to reach standards of a 5 star hotel

Edit: I published this review the day after my stay but for some reason it's been stuck on pending despite multiple resubmissions. It seems I can't post any photos!! Crazy as had some amazing ones!!! This review starts with the communication which would be zero. I had sent 3 emails prior to my stay which were all shown as read yet none were responded to. I then made a booking through an OTA since I have VIP membership and having no response from the hotel directly I knew that I could at least get hold of them! Unfortunately even after booking they again didn't respond to my messages via the OTA which included important information that I was travelling with a assistance dog. At check in the process wasn't very welcoming and not too friendly towards dogs at all. Big tip. Hire staff that love dogs. Makes a huge difference. Then when checking into the room there were NO dog bowls or bed. Had to ask for it then call several times to get it delivered (you guessed it, by a staff member who didn't like dogs). Next was the room which was nice enough but it was so humid it was unbearable. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was loud and disruptive to getting sleep. The hair conditioner in the bathroom was completely empty which was frustrating after a swim and much needed. Then comes the spa. Steam room not hot enough and dirty floor. No hose to spray and worst of all no staff or water. Found a machine in the gym later on but who would know that? And dressed in swimming stuff, should we have to go into the gym for water? Also only one shower in the changing rooms. Finally, I saw that there was an aqua aeorbics class on that I wanted to sign up for. Called reception and was informed I had to book online via a 3rd party (Design my night), however it showed the 7.45am class was full. I went to use the sauna instead and then waited until the class had finished before heading to the pool thinking the class would be finished. Met with the super nice teacher who told me it wasn't sold out and only person was there!! What a shame! Loved the pool. This hotel doesn't try hard enough and needs to hire a communications person.
