Can I request early check-in?

Of course! Early check-in is subject to availability, and chargeable. Please add your request to your booking, or contact us via live chat.

What happens if I arrive at the hotel early?

If you arrive earlier than the standard check-in time of 3pm, please head to reception. The team can let you know if your room is available. If not, they will be happy to store your luggage until it is ready.

When can I check in online?

You can check-in online two hours after making your booking, until 8pm on the day of arrival. If we have your email address, we will email you the link to do so at 5pm the day before arrival.

Can I request a late checkout?

Yes, you can ask the reception team about a late check-out at any point during your stay.

If I check-out online, can I store my luggage?

Yes, if you check-out online you can store your luggage at reception.

If I check-out online and forget something in my room, what should I do?

If you check-out online, leave your room and realise you have left something behind, you can visit reception who will be happy to assist.

A fantastic stay at art’otel Battersea. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with amenities. The hotel itself is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The real gem is the rooftop infinity pool, which is absolutely stunning and you get a perfect view of the newly renovated power station. Staff were fantastic, welcoming and couldn’t do more to help. We didn’t book for breakfast, however when we’re were asked why we were staying (partners birthday) we were given a complementary breakfast. Would highly recommend booking breakfast included, it was very tasty all cooked to order and the whole menu included and you can order as much as you like. Perfect location to explore Battersea, the power station renovation is a fantastic day exploring!

Lovely place to be during our stay! Went on a family trip for a few days and the hotel was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and very welcoming, especially the staff in the lobby/reception - while checking in they were super friendly and nice, would definitely come again! Food, service and rooms were amazing as well. Rooftop bar was beautiful even if it was very busy. Our bedroom was well kept and was very comfortable to stay in during our trip, I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay at art’otel London Battersea Power Station. Amber at reception was an absolute superstar – warm, welcoming, and made everything so smooth from check-in onwards. The service throughout was excellent, and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice and great quality. The location is perfect, right by the iconic Battersea Power Station with easy access to the rest of London. We stayed in a junior suite which was stylish, comfortable, and a real treat. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more – looking forward to returning!

This was our second visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful food, service and we spent time in the rooftop pool and basement spa. The service is fantastic. Our bathroom smelt a tiny bit damp. That is the only possibly tiny thing I could mention for improvement. There are some great packages available and we always come here at off peak times and have a very luxurious experience. Highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed here last summer as we needed a place to stay in between moving flats. The issues started at breakfast. we had paid for included breakfast on the reservation and went to have some before my partner went to work. We are younger early 20s but are well dressed and we are kind and friendly to all people especially those working in service. We sat down and there was only 5 tables maybe and around 6 servers working. We sat for around 30 minutes and no one would even make eye contact with us. No one was busy and servers were even talking to each other and joking around. We kept trying to get someone’s attention but we had absolutely no luck. It wasn’t until I was on the verge of tears from frustration and stopped a waitress and asked why weren’t helped yet that we finally got served. Later that night we wanted to use the bar on the roof. We asked for a table and although they had plenty of space open they told us they could not serve us. My partner was very upset and kept trying to explain there was open tables and they wouldn’t budge and kept ignoring us. The worker then yelled at him and called him American in a derogatory way when my partner is in fact, Swedish. Even if he was American, who cares. They got into an argument and my partner explained why couldn’t we be here when we were staying at the hotel and they changed their whole demeanour and said they would get us drinks. We never got a table even though there was plenty. We then got into the pool and kept getting weird looks from staff. I had never felt so uncomfortable in a place in my life. The staff was horrible and rude to us and completely discriminatory towards us even though We are kind people and respectful but it was hard for us to remain so in such a hostile environment. The rooms aren’t even that nice and looked like a millennial hell. We will never be back.
