Is parking difficult for shopping in Birmingham's Bullring?
Parking in Birmingham city centre is easier than you might think. There are more than 3,000 parking spaces in central Birmingham, so you’re never more than a few minutes’ walk from the huge selection of shops, restaurants, and activities the city has to offer.
Is the Bullring & Grand Central accessible to wheelchair users?
The Bullring & Grand Central offer lifts and wide walkways to help wheelchair users access to all shops and for those who struggle with long distances, then we offer a Shopmobility Service for free, here you can hire out a range of chairs or scooters. Online booking preferred, but for customers unable to book online, please call the Customer Service Desk on 0121 632 1526 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Equipment will be made available for the time booked (subject to availability). To make booking requests outside opening times please call 0121 632 1530.
