I had a wonderful stay at Claridge’s in London. The hotel is perfectly located, making it very convenient to enjoy the city. The suite was beautiful modern, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with perfect bedding. The only small downside was that the room felt a bit dark as it faced a wall, which is slightly disappointing for a suite in a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and impeccable service. Overall, if I come back to London, I won’t hesitate for a second I will definitely return to Claridge’s.

You don’t need me to tell you that Claridge’s is exceptional, its reputation has been doing the talking for decades. I’m just here to confirm it all holds true: the stay was genuinely perfect. The room, the service, the whole operation runs with that effortless confidence you hope for (and rarely find). But what made it truly memorable was of course the people. Beyond the flawless hospitality, there’s real warmth here, thoughtful, attentive, (yet unobtrusive) and human in the best way. Everyone was wonderful with our kids too, which always says everything. We left feeling looked after, relaxed, and already planning our return. Thank you to everyone for a very special stay.

I sadly had the worset experiance ever in claridge’s , a 5 star hotel , which is very strange that you think you book for 2 rooms months ago and paid alot of money for a luxury stay and be shocked about it. First apon check in , they try to charge us more then the agreed fee emailed to us , when we showed them the email they apolgoize and gave it the same . Second when we went to our room where were placed with the worset rooms they had no sun light and you couldnt open the window , or know if its day or night !!! Why would i pay this amount to stay in such a room that looks like a storge ! We argued for several several hours with mangment and finally gave us a good room and we were happy about it Following our stay they locked us out of our room 1 day before check out ! Just because we needed to settel a payment under 300£ , they didnt try to call us or even email us or even talk to us in person to settel a small payment , rather they choose the worset method which is to lock us from our room , i found it very rude i went down and told them that i have already satteld the half of the payment the manger wouldnt believe me even when i showed him the message from my bank ! I mean what hotel locks guest out for such a small fee , when they already paid so much for their stay ! I told them you could have waited until tomorrow when im checking out you can take the payment but strangly they did that ! They apolgize and gave us a discount but after what !! I wouldnt recommand any body to come to this hotel it was such a horrible experiance

Unfortunately I would not recommend Claridge’s, our experience did not feel luxurious at all. My husband and I booked to go for Christmas lunch last weekend with our wedding planner who had travelled from Norfolk. I had emailed beforehand mentioning I had broken my foot so therefore could come in a wheelchair or crutches. I was assured crutches would be fine however upon arrival I soon realised this was a big mistake- the floor was marble and super slippery (they clearly were aware of this as they had several wet floor placards out). My crutches could not get any grip and I nearly fell twice- luckily my husband was there to help as no one from the hotel did. Moving on to the food- we ordered the festive menu, the starter and dessert were nice however the Turkey main was really poor. I would compare it to a Christmas dinner at a cheap pub- dry Turkey, rubbery stuffing, burnt pigs in blankets, the potatoes weren’t crispy. All three of us were disappointed and left probably half our meal- the staff were so rushed off their feet they did not even ask why we had left so much. Apart from this though the staff were lovely just very busy- there was a queue to get into the foyer and the whole feeling was very hectic. In terms of food it seems the restaurant was serving afternoon tea, cooked breakfasts, a la carte and Christmas dinner all at once so no wonder the quality was seriously lacking. One positive thing to highlight would be the pianist and choir which were a lovely festive touch. Claridge’s emailed the next day asking for feedback and I filled in a very detailed questionnaire- however a week later I have heard nothing back from them which seems very poor from a hotel of their standing. Overall I would choose a different hotel- Raffles at the OWO was far superior.
