Check in times are from 3:00pm and check out time is at 12:00pm.

Does EasyHotel Oxford Provide Parking?

Limited on-site parking is available for hotel residents only, for £15 per night. We advise guests to contact the hotel to discuss directly upon booking. Please note: easyHotel is not responsible for any damage or fees. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk. easyHotel will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss. The nearest car park is Summertown car park (Diamond Place) which is open 24hrs a day and is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. (Please note that residential areas within a 10-minute walk from the hotel are permit parking or return within 30 minutes to 1 hour between 8:30am – 6:30pm.)

Can I Bring My Pet?

Large dogs over 60cm are not permitted. No more than two dogs per room and dogs must always be supervised by their owners. Guide dogs are welcome free of charge. £10 per dog.

How Far Is EasyHotel Oxford From Oxford City Centre?

easyHotel Oxford is in the lovely area of Summertown, just North of Oxford City Centre. The City Centre can be reached easily, and is a 35 minute walk, or a short bus journey. Regular buses run from both Summertown Shops and South Parade East stations, which are a two minute walk from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week from Saturday night till Friday morning in 3 different rooms: double bedroom with a view to the Summer Town street, twin-room with 2 beds and double bedroom without windows. The rooms were very simple and small, but nice and clean. You cannot open the window, but I liked that you could easily regulate temperature in the room. The hotel is located on the street with lots of shops and cafés to eat. I arrived to Oxford on Saturday morning, was planning to make several viewings and settle down, but at 11 pm I still didn't find where to live, since the rooms were not what I expected on photos. All my stuff was in the car. 2 hours of phone calls, since most middle-price hotels very booked and to pay 200 pounds per night was quite expensive, and finally I arrived to EASY HOTEL with more affordable options. It was also all booked, but 2 male administrators found one room and allowed to book a room for one night at 2 am + plus instead of check out at 10:00 said that I can check out at 1pm. On Sunday at 23:30 I stayed in the same hotel for 3 more days and they allowed one day free parking. On Wednesday I needed to check out at 10:00 but my situation was still unclear and I didn't have where to live. 4 large suitcases and 4+ different bags were all in the room. 2 female administrators Leen and Leanne allowed to stay until 11:00 or even 1 pm, until my manager would reply to me what should I do. My room was booked, so I booked the opposite room for 2 more days. On Thursday evening, finally I found accommodation, signed rental agreement and on Friday checked out and had a new home :) Thank you Easy Hotel for understanding.

I stayed at here during my Oxford trip. I found everything good in that coldest winter too. I am thankful to front executive staff Elena . She helped me conveniently during check out by giving some extra minutes in bag packing. My stay was good. It was very comfortable stay. It's at good location in summer town and very well connecting to Oxford University and Oxford city. Rooms were clean, automated temperature control was good. Again I will choose to stay here only. Thanks to hotel management team and thanks again to Elena. Her customer handling technique is admirable. Thanks

What an absolute start of the day for us at Easy Hotel. We just checked into our room - Leen and Elena who were at the desk were absolutely amazing! They were so warm and kind to us and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. The room is perfect for two people, neat and tidy. Comes with all amenities. Easy Hotel is your one stop destination to cozy, comfy and warm.

Incredibly small rooms, there wasn’t enough space to open your suitcase, and there’s no where else to store things so I was using my bed for some of my storage. I think the rooms would be great value for money if there was a small bit of space to pop a suitcase. There’s also a lot of noise in the hallways from guests who come back after a night out. I was woken up pretty constantly by loud shouting and talking way past midnight. Overall I’d recommend this place for a single night, but definitely not for a longer stay as it does cumulatively start to get quite difficult to live in.

The reception staff were fine. However, the hotel tries to charge you for almost everything. There weren’t enough parking spaces, so we had to park in another company’s parking lot, which of course we had to pay for hotel. I would also write about the room’s equipment if there was anything to mention, but since it’s basically close to zero, I’ll skip that part. There wasn’t even a bath mat in the room, and honestly the room looked more like a coffin. For two people, they gave us one small and one large towel. The size of the room was exactly the same as a double bed, if you know what I mean.
