Location is brill. Accessible to all part of the city centre but more importantly it’s 5/10 min walk for the station depending on your pace. The room. Booked a double room with a window. I had lots of space which was great, nothing but your double bed in there. Wish I had either a table, chair or luggage rack to pop my suitcase on to. Staff. Really nice, everyone was super helpful with direction and polite all the way through. To note! This is the city centre and it gets noisy, so if you’re a sensitive sleep grab some earplugs from the front desk. Baggage hold will cost you unless you write a review and there is no room service. I’m talking someone coming in to sort your bed and give you more towel. However you can get more towels at the from desk too as well as an iron and hairdryer. If your booking three nights or more, book via the website to get 15% off your stay! Would I come back, for the convenience and the price, yes.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. A perfect experience from start to finish!

Great place but SMALL. This is certainly a room you sleep, wash and leave. However, isn’t that the point? It was clean, modern and beds were cozy. Best part by far - really near all the city center amenities and transport. The only caution is noise - walls are pretty thin and you’ll hear everything in the hallway - especially doors closing. If you’re a light sleeper like me, bring special sleep phones.

For a cheap hotel, this was really good. I stayed two nights, and very much appreciated a simple but good experience. The bed was firm and supportive (I hate really squishy mattresses), the room was nice and cool, all the facilities worked as advertised. It was a little noisy, but that will happen in a city centre, so I wasn't very annoyed about that. The staff were polite and helpful. It was also in good proximity to the train station and Picadilly gardens which was excellent. The exposed real brick and timbers in the rooms were nice, presumably the building was converted to a hotel from a previous use, perhaps the owners can enlighten you further. If you know you're not spending much time in the hotel, and won't need anything fancy, just a bed, shower, somewhere to put your luggage, I think it would be hard to go wrong.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. It felt really uncomfortable as soon as I walked through the doors, like I was in a storage unit. The person who checked me in was very friendly though. On getting out of the lift on my floor I immediately felt like I was in a prison. Then as soon as I walked in my room it got even worse. It must be the smallest room I have ever seen and extremely uncomfortable. I appreciate it is a budget hotel but I have never seen anything like it. When my partner arrived we agreed we couldn't stay there. We immediately checked out and left and found another hotel. The staff are friendly but I want a comfortable room, with a comfortable bed and this is certainly not it. I should have known better, never again.
