Great and convenient location. Booked this for one night knowing it was a budget hotel, so we knew not to expect amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, etc) so that wasn’t a let down. The room was very clean! It was small but that was fine, we were spending most of our time out in the city so it was simply just a place to stay. Lovely, convenient, clean, and recently done up! Had a great stay. Thanks.

I do not understand why the bad reviews are given. I think they solved these problems. They have in the lobby a tapwater point where you can tap your water for free. There are new refurbished rooms with indeed a very small bathroom. These will not be suitable for people who have to heavy muscles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They will not clean the room but they provide towels or pillows when asked. I would surely stay again since it is close the the underground (Paddington station) and busstop!

Very convenient location. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated so they were pleasant. Room was really tiny, but it's as expected for the area. I found it loud being right on the street and heard other people in the hotel due to being close to the stairs, however used YouTube on the TV (great addition) to play rainfall ASMR and that covered the noise of others. I found it expensive for what it is, but it's London (paid £125 for a Saturday night)

This is a no-frills budget hotel in the heart of Paddington. The room and facilities are clean but just far too small to be functional - even if you plan to spend very little time in your room. The shower was powerful but the bathroom was just too small. (Try wrapping a towel around your body without outstretching your arms!). The bed was comfortable but takes up the majority of the room. With the exception of one very narrow shelf, there are no surfaces to put belongings on. Neither was there a chair, a table or a desk. There is a TV on the wall, ample sockets and towels are supplied. Air conditioning thankfully worked well. Staff are helpful. Reception is manned 24hrs but there are no public areas. There is a public garden opposite (which closes around 9pm) when you inevitably feel the need to escape your tiny room. Location is central and close to public transport - expect some noise from this city centre location! There is a vending machine in reception (no kettle in room) but the area is well served by cafes and takeaways. Who's it for? Folk on a budget who want something cleaner and safer than a hostel and cheaper and more central than the other budget chains. Perhaps a solo traveller who doesn't plan to spend long in the room. Not suitable for romantic breaks or long stays!

For the price it’s great, beds are comfy, warm shower and even a TV. Our room was very clean and quiet, had a good sleep both nights. Felt very safe compared to other places I’ve stayed in the centre. 5 minute walk from the underground. Reception staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay in the centre of London.
