Good Hotel London

Really lovely hotel with a lovely ethos. A big shout out to Miss Yap who was working on breakfast duty, she was exceptionally friendly, very hard working and smiley. Our room had a fantastic view of the water, and we had the best time on the roof top bar. The hotel should be renamed, the GREAT hotel!

Outstanding hotel! Great location on the water, serene decor, close to shops, terrific cause (all profits go to helping children in South America), and the rooms were compact but comfortable and so cool! Included ear plugs, high quality tea and tea kettle, comfortable bed; and we loved the water view, quietness of the rooms, and innovative bathroom design. Shower had good water pressure and everything was clean and tidy. The bath towels were luxurious and huge! Highly impressed, fantastic value, and would readily return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, and the surrounding area felt safe and pleasant—there were nearby food options and a grocery store very close. One of our favorite parts of each day was starting it with the most wonderful lattes, made by the kindest staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. And the story behind the hotel is inspiring—it added a meaningful layer to our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London!

Spent a night here for a concert near the hotel, I had a big offer so I didnt pay as much as the price indicated but if I had I would have been really disappointed. The room was really small for 2 people, and we had trouble to sleep well because of the noise coming from the corridor (just people walking and talking normally but we heard it really well) and the outside. But the staff was really kind and let us in early because we were exhausted from the trip, also the common parts were really great even if we didn't had much time to use it.

A Disheartening Experience, Not Worth the Premium Price I am staying at The Good Hotel in London for five nights, paying $170 per night, and the experience was far below expectations. For the price, I anticipated much higher quality and value than what was provided. To begin with, the room was exceptionally small, by far the most cramped accommodation during our entire trip. While the minimalist design may have been intended as an aesthetic choice, it ultimately felt more like a strategy to maximize room count in a constrained space. The lack of even basic amenities, such as an iron, was particularly disappointing and felt out of place for a hotel at this price point. Moreover, the hotel offers no gym facilities, which means guests must cross the street to the Crown Hotel to access their fitness center. However, this privilege comes at an additional cost of $26 per person, an unnecessary inconvenience for those expecting a more inclusive stay. Even more frustrating was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. Instead, guests are encouraged to drink tap water or purchase a small 750ml bottle for a staggering $9. In establishments charging premium rates, such a fundamental amenity should be provided without question. In conclusion, my stay was an overall disappointment. While the hotel may boast some positive reviews, they fail to capture the full reality of the experience. This establishment offers does not offer value, and for the price, there are certainly better options in the area. I would strongly advise potential guests to approach with caution, this is an overpriced, underwhelming choice for anyone seeking a genuinely worthwhile stay in London.
