Walked in for drinks on Valentine’s Day and honestly loved the place. The location by the water with the cable car and city views makes it stand out immediately. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Special mention to Pramukh, who took great care of us throughout the evening. His drink mixing was spot on, and he was communicative without being intrusive, which is rare on a busy night. Overall, a great experience thanks to the atmosphere and especially the service. Would definitely come back.

Elena, Paul, Abraham, Adrian, Jan, and all the staff at Good Hotel! We arrived safely in Japan on 11th February, but I still cannot forget your warm smiles. Your thoughtfulness and kindness truly embody what the Japanese term “おもてなし（omotenashi）” signifies. The hospitality we experienced in London has become a lifelong memory. I had a wonderful stay at Good Hotel, but what impressed me most was the staff’s integrity. They found my gold bracelet after I left and were so helpful in shipping it back to me. I’m so grateful for their effort and honesty. The service is absolutely world-class!

Loved this place and would definately come back. Room was really small and the looked the size of a prison cell. Turns out they used to be prison cells. Staff were great and friendly and breakfast was really good. I didn't realise there was a bar but was too tired for a nightcap anyway. Perfect location for where we wanted to be. There was also some nice places to eat nearby but didn't get the chance to try them.

Nice hotel literally on the themes, had a room with water front view which was nice. Clean and tidy hotel, lovely spacious bar and lounge area’s. Polite and accommodating employees. Bathroom small but very clean and serves its purpose with what you need. Room was small but again very clean and well presented. The room had no modern usb sockets but was not a problem. Nice view of the city at night from the water front facing room. Worth a stay and would stay again based on this experience..
