Hawksmoor Air Street

Great experience. I really wanted to go here but was only able to fit it in a really small window / The staff was fantastic with meeting our time goals perfectly. We did stick with the pre show menu which was a bit limiting because the food was so great that we wish we had time to order more items (especially larger format items I wanted to try 😭) but that’s our fault not the restaurant. Every cocktail was great, the sauces for the steak were phenomenal and it was easily the best sticky toffee pudding I ever had. I would say my only small complaint was there multiple choices of steak and I went for the upsell sirloin, and although still delicious, not as good as the cheapest option 😂. I will absolutely be back here when I visit London again and make sure to a lot for more time. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday with my dear friend. The restaurant atmosphere was amazing and the food was spectacular. The staff were extremely attentive and catered to our requests and dietary needs. Simun our server and Parris were so polite and gave great recommendations for us. Despite some of the negative reviews on here, we thought we’d give Hawksmoor a go anyway. And I’m so glad we did. We ended up going for the set menu. Not only is it great value, but the quality of our food was top notch. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The bone marrow gravy we had read and heard so much about did not disappoint and the creamed spinach was very good too. Omg the beef dripping fries were to die for! Both the pavlova and sticky toffee pudding were amazing! Service was superb. All staff we encountered were so lovely and professional. Our experience was faultless. We’d love to go back and sample the main menu next time. To those who are sitting on the fence, disregard the negative reviews and go try for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

recently booked Hawksmoor for a group birthday, and overall it was a great experience but with a few bumps. Organising it as a large group was honestly quite difficult. We were probably just unlucky with the timing of a menu change, but it made booking more complicated than expected. The original booking link didn’t work, there was a requirement for set menus and pre-orders, and it led to quite a lot of back-and-forth over email. When the bill came, there were multiple revisions as the set menu we’d been sent hadn’t yet been properly costed in their system. So from an organisation perspective, especially for large groups, it felt a bit rough and not as streamlined as you’d hope. That said - on the day itself, the staff completely turned it around. They were welcoming, friendly, and phenomenal at making the birthday feel special. The service felt warm and genuine, and you could tell they cared about the experience. And the food? Amazing. Absolutely lived up to expectations. So while the admin side could use tightening up for group bookings, the atmosphere, staff and food really delivered. Would recommend!

Went for the set menu, as headed to theatre and why not try more of their food on offer Steak was perfectly cooked - not sure the size of the steak but it was more than enough Mackerel salad was yummy and decent portion And sticky toffee pudding was out of this world, yummy Duoro wine 🍷 was lush and smooth and also the cheapest on the menu Always yummy and great service And always take home some rolo’s 🤤
