We stayed one night at the Hilton London Hyde Park. We were looking for a more quiet and less crowded type of area while keeping it special and very London style. We were celebrating a birthday. Mohammad made sure that our stay was marvelous. He took care of us during check in and check out, and when he heard of our celebration he really treated us with a beautiful corner room with views to Hyde park and some bubbles. On the way out, he made sure we were hydrated and taken cared of. Customer service top noch, hope he gets recognized! Thank you again! 😊

I arrived in London at 6:00 a.m. after a long flight and reached the hotel around 9:30 a.m. I originally planned to rest at a nearby café while waiting for the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in. To my pleasant surprise, the staff kindly offered me an early check-in. Thanks to this thoughtful gesture, I was able to get a proper rest and recover from jet lag, which made a huge difference to my trip. I slept soundly until midday and felt refreshed afterward. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location is excellent — right next to the tube station and Hyde Park, making it extremely convenient for getting around London. Overall, this stay truly enhanced my visit.

A beautiful, historic London hotel in an excellent location — I loved being able to walk everywhere. I was upgraded at check-in and felt warmly welcomed and acknowledged by staff throughout my stay. The team was proactive and responsive when a minor room issue came up, and it was resolved quickly and professionally. The small Christmas gift of chocolates was a lovely touch. Having stayed at many Hilton properties in London, this was easily one of my favorites, and I would gladly return.

I’d love to give a big thank-you to Sehrish Zaman! She was truly wonderful. We had to make some changes, and even though the hotel is fully booked at this time of year, she stayed so friendly, kind, and understanding. Thanks to her, everything was sorted out smoothly. Thank you, Sehrish, for helping make our family holiday a little more special. My daughter has been looking forward to this trip for a whole year and was initially so sad, your care and willingness to help made all the difference. We really appreciate it! 😊

Very disappointing experience. Cash went missing from the room safe during my stay. I reported it immediately and cooperated fully. The hotel conducted an “investigation” and concluded there was no evidence — fine. But what really disappointed me was the complete lack of accountability and follow-up. As a long-time Hilton customer, I asked for the issue to be escalated. They never replied. When something as serious as missing money happens, you expect transparency, proper customer care, and at least a response. Instead, I received a formal denial and then silence. Trust is everything in hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect that.
