This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.

I recently stayed at the Hilton London Hyde Park for a work trip, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional—professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their warm hospitality made a busy work trip feel effortless and pleasant. The hotel itself is excellent, with a fantastic location near Hyde Park, offering easy access to both business and leisure spots in London. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect space to unwind after a long day. The facilities, including the dining options and meeting spaces, were top-notch and catered perfectly to my work needs. Overall, the Hilton London Hyde Park exceeded my expectations, blending convenience, comfort, and outstanding service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to London for work or pleasure!

We got a corner room, which was beautiful and had a nook with the table inside the corner tower. Beds are comfy, but the bathroom has such a tiny sink - our toiletries have to stay in the room, and morrow in the bathroom was hanged by some giant- very hight for an average person. The restaurant wasn't appealing or cosy - just a bunch of tables in a vast room, but my husband told me that the food was better than the restaurant's appeal would suggest. The location was not ideal for me - far from everything we needed to go to or to main museums. Riding in a cab on a weekend was lengthy and pricey, as the centre is usually blocked for some events over weekend.

First of all, no one will carry your bags when you check in or out. The cleaning service is average, bathrobes are not changed and soap is not refilled. The shower head is broken and we had to call maintenance to fix it. The reception staff do not have the courtesy expected from a hotel bearing the Hilton name. There is one elevator for the entire hotel and it is very slow and small. The bed is not comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the tube station and this is the only good thing about the location. Other than that, it is far from central London and street noises are audible at night. The price is expensive compared to four-star hotels in London. It is impossible for me to stay there again.
