Can I bring a pet to Legoland Windsor Resort?

All assistance dogs are welcome to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Please note other pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in the Attraction and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the Attraction. Please note, that assistance animals are not allowed on rides. Assistance animals must be supervised and kept on a lead at all times. They cannot be left unattended whilst the guest goes on the ride.

Can I leave and re-enter the theme park on the same day?

If you wish to leave the park and return the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstiles. Failure to obtain a handstamp will result in you not being re-admitted. Production of a ticket will not be proof of re-entry.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is predominately an outdoor attraction with many rides being outside. Some rides and attractions may close in cases of high winds, thunder or lightning due to health and safety.

A number of rides were closed when we visited 28th December 2025. This didn't stop us enjoying the day. 6th Birthday treat. Perfect for that age group. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and toilets were clean.

Really enjoyable experience and the kids absolutely loved it. We went in to the all you can eat pizza place for dinner and it was really good value for money. The pizza and pasta was replaced quickly and was all served hot. The only slight issue we had was were it was so busy it was a little messy however, after the mad rush of customers this was quickly dealt with by staff who cleaned the restaurant.

Fantastic, great day out for all ages. We chose to go to general parking and as a reminder, you pay for the parking when you leave. The overall day was nice and quiet given it was the period between Christmas and New Year, there was a massive ride used to everything which made it more fun for everybody. There is lots of toilets located throughout the park and as well as retail venues / shops. The only down fall was one of the costs pop up venues down the bottom of the park but will review separately. Good overall day and spent all day there with us as a family of four

Great day out. Arrived when it opened and left at 5:45 children were 6 and 3. It was busy but from talking to others not as busy as school holidays. Smaller rides the wait was short which worked for us. Took the older one on 3 that that the other couldn't go on too. Went on enough to say it was worth it. My only criticism is there is no sense of pace with the staff. Could have moved the que a little faster if they were more enthusiastic. This is not a reflection on all the rides it was just on a few. Model village was fascinating for the kids with lots of moving parts. Once rides were over we spent at least half an hour there, could have spent longer. Took a packed lunch with us but plenty on food places. Would go back when my youngest is able to get on more rides.

Amazing day out! We visited here recently for one of their Christmas days. It wasn’t too busy and most ride waits were under 10 minutes, with one being 30. There were still plenty of rides available, and they took us all day to do. There were lovely Christmas decorations all around the resort. Also, there were plenty of vegan options (sweet and savoury!). Highly recommend.
