Our first visit here and boy was it a good one! The park is so clean including the loos right up to closing time! Friendly staff all around! We felt there needed to be an extra staff member inside the main Lego shop as there one one guy operating the build your own mini figure but we had bought it online before we got there. There wasn't clean instructions what we needed to do and the staff member wasn't very helpful. I did notice he had a hidden disability but he was great and I'm all for everyone being treated equally! As I'm classes as disabled too! However we really struggled with how to start it and where to collect it and we had to ask some people who were already doing it for help as there were not any other Lego employees wandering around the shop! And I'm not sure if the Lego staff member quite grasped what we needed help with. Overall we loved it! My 8 year old had a fantastic time! Food is expensive but the refillable drink cups are well worth the money! And highly recommended! We did the panning for gold which my son found very fun! And also the design/ build your own mini figure!

A brilliant resort for any Lego fan! Not only that, but also brilliant rollercoasters. We would recommend most the “sky lion” coaster, what an amazing experience! Every build we could see was impressive, truly amazing. Amazing park, with some brilliant mini worlds. The gift shop was lovely, we bought 2 sets. Even a deep sea aquarium! Would recommend to anyone!

First day, the park is fantastic, lots to see and experience. Most of the staff are cheerful and chatty. Rides we've been on have satisfied all age groups. Staying in Woodlands and the cabins are basically a hotel room with the added bonus of a fridge and a veranda from which you can easily keep an eye on your little ones as they play on the little park equipment in each cul-de-sac. The big downside is the expense of food and drink - even staff advise you to order in takeaway or go into Windsor itself for value for money. We opted to eat in the Legoland clubhouse to try it. £65 for a kid's meal and 2 adult's burgers both come with fries. The kid's meal was bigger than the adult's! That price is without drinks. £17 for a pint and 2 cokes - the coke tasted like mould so I took them back to be told that yes there was a problem, but no refund or replacement offered. There is little to no evening entertainment on site, what there was, was for very little children unfortunately. Looking forward to the park tomorrow.

The park is great for young children to teens. Our Thursday visit was great as the park wasn't too crowded and queues were minimal. On Friday it was very busy and queues were long. A few of the rides were closed which was rather frustrating. In all we had a good experience. As ever choose a quieter time to visit.

We visited Legoland Park with my family including 4 kids and, while it’s a nice park where the kids had fun, the experience was marred by excessively long queues. We spent more time waiting in line than enjoying the rides, which can be very stressful when you have children. On average, we managed to go on only about 6-7 rides throughout the day. The park's closing time has now been reduced to 5 PM, which feels unfair considering the ticket prices. After holding an annual pass for over a year and cancelling during the winter, I was hoping to return in the summer, but I’m now hesitant to come back. Here are a few suggestions that could greatly improve the experience: 1. **Add More Attractions**: Expanding the variety of rides and experiences would keep guests entertained and reduce wait times. 2. **Decrease Visitors Per Day**: Limiting the number of guests could alleviate the long queues, allowing for a more enjoyable visit. 3. **Extend Opening Hours**: Longer hours would enable families to maximize their day without feeling rushed. 4. **Enhance Queue Experiences**: Making waiting areas more engaging and enjoyable could distract kids from the long wait times, as no one wants to spend their day just standing in line. Honestly it is great park and Ultimately, people come to Legoland to have fun, not to spend most of their time waiting. I hope the park takes these suggestions into account, as I would love to see improvements before considering a return visit.
