a week agoWe went to the wb harry potter studio with golden tours. We bought tickets in advance so everything went well according to the product description and we received our tickets to the studio when we boarded the bus. i can recommend traveling with Golden Tours. The bus was slightly delayed by a few minutes, which did not limit us in any way and we had enough time to enjoy the experience inside the studio. We did not have to rush in the studio, we managed to have a butter beer and we even managed to return to some of the exhibits and walk through them again. At the end we had enough time for a souvenir shop and coffee or toilets. We would be happy to come back and use the transport through golden tours again.

2 months agoGreat option when the normal tickets at the official site are low or sold out, the staff were very helpful and the transportation were a plus

6 months agoWe used the tour to go to the Harry Potter studios. The departure time was delayed by about 30 minutes. It seemed unprofessional to me (small branch, you wait outside on the street). It is a simple trip where you don't have to deal with anything, but you pay almost the same amount of money for the trip as for a ticket to the studios.

a month agoWe booked a Harry Potter Studios Tour with them. First to mention, everyone was really friendly and everything was well organised and we departed and left on time always. BUT the bus was really dirty and smelly. They were supposed to play a Harry Potter movie during the ride but 2 out of 4 screens didn’t work, and the ones that did, had a HORRIBLE quality and you couldn’t understand a word of what was happening in the movie. For such a low level transport, the price was simply too high. It was fine but I probably wouldn’t go with them again.

2 months agoThis was, unfortunately, one of the worst tour experiences I’ve had. We boarded the bus, sat for about 20 minutes, and only then realized the bus had broken down. No announcement, no staff coming through to let us know — everyone just slowly started figuring it out and getting off on their own. We then waited another 20 minutes for a replacement bus before the tour finally began. Later, after the river cruise, we went to the stop near Buckingham Palace and waited an hour and a half. Two buses showed on the app — one disappeared completely from tracking, and the other went totally off the red line route, skipping four stops (including ours) without any notice. There was no communication from GoldenTours and no assistance available. We were simply stranded. In the end, it would have been faster and far cheaper to take an Uber between the stops — and it would have saved us nearly three hours of wasted time. GoldenTours clearly failed to provide the service that was purchased. If you’re considering their hop-on/hop-off tour, be warned: “hop off” may mean being left on your own with no communication, no support, and no refund.
