a month agoI had the best customer experience ever at Golden tours Baker street! My friend and I accidentally booked for the wrong day and Manav saw that we really wanted to go on this tour and stopped at nothing to help us. We were very distressed since we are huge Harry Potter fans and he looked for multiple alternatives and was able to accommodate us. Extremely kind and resourceful! We will definitely be booking with golden tours again!

3 weeks agoGood customer service at the office when we checked in. The lady at the counter was very friendly and answered our questions patiently. The driver was okay but internet was not working during our trip.

a month agoWe booked the Harry Potter studio tours. I don’t think they care much regarding to customer service. When we were there, our ticket showed 9:15am, and on the ticket it said advise to show up 15 minutes early, so when we were there at 9am, the guy at front desk said they don’t check in until 9:30 and the bus leave at 10am. I questioned then why you guys even asked us to come 15min early? He said to make sure people come late, but they do delay trips.

5 months agoWell, it works if you’re desperate for tickets to the studio and it’s your only option. But how hard can it be to smile and welcome your clients? Apparently, it’s quite difficult. Be prepared to be treated as a burden by the staff as they navigate you through check-in and bus boarding. One of them even remarked, “The crowd doesn’t listen if we smile.” Such a sad, mood-killing attitude. The trip to the studio itself is uneventful, with broken and non-functional entertainment screens. We were “lucky” enough to board the bus last, making it a challenge to find seats together. That inconvenience would have been manageable, but combined with the lack of welcoming behavior, it was just too much. It would have been such an easy win to create a positive atmosphere. A simple smile, a polite greeting, or even some cheerful music during boarding could have made a big difference. Instead, we were left feeling more like an inconvenience than guests who paid a lot. So, no, I don’t recommend it—unless it’s truly your last resort for getting tickets.

5 months agoHorrible service. The bus was delayed, and there were barely any seats. It's not worth the money. You better off going to the Harry Potter Studio Tour yourself and purchasing the tickets directly from them.
