4 weeks agoWe went to the wb harry potter studio with golden tours. We bought tickets in advance so everything went well according to the product description and we received our tickets to the studio when we boarded the bus. i can recommend traveling with Golden Tours. The bus was slightly delayed by a few minutes, which did not limit us in any way and we had enough time to enjoy the experience inside the studio. We did not have to rush in the studio, we managed to have a butter beer and we even managed to return to some of the exhibits and walk through them again. At the end we had enough time for a souvenir shop and coffee or toilets. We would be happy to come back and use the transport through golden tours again.

3 weeks agoWe used this tour company to visit the Warner Bros. Studios. The trip was quite expensive and very much in line with what other reviews describe: an old bus, and the Harry Potter film that plays during the ride is hard to follow due to outdated screens. In our case, the sound didn’t work at all. That said, you are transported safely from central London to the studios and back. Our buses ran on time and were even quicker than expected thanks to light traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Overall, while the service does what it promises in terms of transport, the additional cost doesn’t really feel justified. Next time, I would arrange my own transportation to the studio instead.

6 months agoWe used the tour to go to the Harry Potter studios. The departure time was delayed by about 30 minutes. It seemed unprofessional to me (small branch, you wait outside on the street). It is a simple trip where you don't have to deal with anything, but you pay almost the same amount of money for the trip as for a ticket to the studios.

2 months agoWe booked a Harry Potter Studios Tour with them. First to mention, everyone was really friendly and everything was well organised and we departed and left on time always. BUT the bus was really dirty and smelly. They were supposed to play a Harry Potter movie during the ride but 2 out of 4 screens didn’t work, and the ones that did, had a HORRIBLE quality and you couldn’t understand a word of what was happening in the movie. For such a low level transport, the price was simply too high. It was fine but I probably wouldn’t go with them again.

2 weeks agoSuper overpriced for a ride that makes the most cracked buses in the UK look like vip service. Sure we got there on time, but that's about all the positive aspect of it. The bus felt old and unkept- creaky damaged seats, discardable headphones to use a screen that didn't work, was highly damaged and had no sound quality, insulting the movie being played, or offering 3 pirated games as an option. If you decided you'd rather enjoy the view, you couldn't - it's almost impossible to see outside with the print on the outside of the bus and it becomes fogged so fast you could be underwater for all you care. I only booked the transfer service to the WB studios because those were the only type of tickets left the day I was visiting. While I preferred paying more to see the studios than not going, I would've been mad if I had expectations for the bus ride. Honestly- just take an Uber to the WB studios, for 2 or more people it'll cost the same or less and be more pleasent, and you will get to enjoy your time there without any time limits.
