The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of options! "Best place ever! Everything was just perfect." Nice welcoming hotel. Room was okay too but I was above the function rooms for party music that finished quite late due pre festive break. Car parking albeit charged per night in advance, was full as consequence, with some difficulties finding a spot. Perhaps time of the year.Service was overall good but had one meal that was quite poor and briely eaten which was slightly discounted( I expected no charge) although the rest was quite good throughout.

We stayed for 5 nights but the this was a 2 separate reservations. When checking in, I asked for the reservations to be combined. This did not stop our room key from stopping working on the initial day of check out so we had to visit reception to get them reactivated. On the whole, the rooms are quite comfortable. As we usually do, we had booked into an executive room on the 3rd floor. The beds are really comfortable. The main issue with the rooms is that there are no drawers or shelves in the room at all. There is a double wardrobe with a small shelf that has things like the hair dryer on it. But there are no drawers or shelves next to the beds or under the main unit in the room. The self-service breakfast is usually very tasty and well stocked. The only issue here is that it isn't as hot as it could be, especially the bacon and the beans. The drinks machine offers a great selection of options, and I strongly recommend the mocha 😉. All in all I would say that this hotel is of a more than acceptable standard and is worth considering if you're looking at booking in the area.

Rude people here. The bed was broken and house keeping helped me One lady came and said you need a little patience the bed doesn't get changed in 2 seconds!? I did not say anything to her but she decided to tell me what I need and do not need. Furthermore, staff here are not friendly. Friendly: Derek Caroline Yazad (Cleaning staff with red lispstick dont know her name) The rest have some chip on their shoulder. They forget we are paying guests not they are the ones paying, but the way they speak to you is horrendous they have some sort of base in their voice. 1. The lady telling me to be patient when I was not even rushing her to change my broken bed which they should offer compensation for but never. 2. I did not pay a bill and said put it on my tab as I was very sick and in bed. I have been sick for 3 days since getting to hotel. They rang my room and I was asleep, they knew I was very sick. I unplugged the phone. The next day I was commenting about how to pay it and they said at reception, I said can they bring the machine, bar staff said no it is attached to the computer, the lady at reception was listening and started picking up the computer and saying see!? I do not need a demonstration of outdated tills especially not across the hotel where guests are sat in the sofa and one at the restaurant she is embarrassing herself. Who does that? I understand I am not in a 5 star hotel, but they can be nicer. I am a paying guest and not rude to them.

Don't ever go here, unless you want a sneaky parking ticket and a possible court date! despite being a guest they gave me a parking ticket inside the hotel! and now it has gone to court. Manager Sudeep apparently tried to have the ticket cancelled but the parking company refused. Complete nonsense. The parking company works for the hotel and should do what they tell them! Horrendous experience which will now go to youtube, X and other social media. STAY WELL AWAY
