FAQ's
If I visit for last admission, how long will I have in the attraction?
Guests who arrive for last admission will be able to spend just as much time as any other guest inside the attraction. Our doors close to new guests after last admission, but guests already inside the building can enjoy the full experience at a relaxed pace.
How does the time slot system work and what time should I turn up?
When purchasing tickets to visit, you must select a preferred time slot to arrive at the attraction. We offer this in order to regulate the flow of guests inside the building and in an aim to reduce queue times when entering. The time slot you select in your booking is your arrival time to the attraction. You can therefore arrive any time within your 15 minute time slot. Please do not arrive very early for your time slot, as you will not be given early entry. If you arrive late, our admissions team will do their best to fit you into the next available time slot.
Will I have to queue to get in to Madame Tussauds?
Madame Tussauds London is a popular London attraction and during peak periods such as weekends and school holidays we do experience queues to enter the attraction. If you plan on visiting Madame Tussauds London during a school holiday or weekend, we do recommend that quieter times of the day to visit are usually found at first admission or later in the day towards last entry. However, this is not guaranteed, and visitor numbers and flow can vary each day.
Can I take a pushchair or buggy around Madame Tussauds?
Pushchairs or buggies are not permitted within Madame Tussauds London and will need to be stored within our pushchair/buggy storage facility. Pushchairs, strollers or buggies will be stored free of charge. Our storage facility allows guests to leave bags and coats at additional costs. Prices are listed inside our storage facility or you can ask our team members. Please note that the cloakroom is manned by staff members, but pushchairs/buggies and bags are left at the owner’s risk.
