What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3pm, and check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

Can we get an extra bed or cot in our room?

Extra beds can be booked in advance at an additional £30. Not all room types can accommodate extra beds, so please be aware that you may need to upgrade to a larger room. Cots are supplied free of charge. Any cots or extra beds must be booked in advance of arrival.

Can i bring my dog?

From the moment I stepped through the doors at Malmaison Manchester Piccadilly, I felt like absolute royalty. The hospitality was out of this world - warm, genuine, and full of charm. What was meant to be a short stay turned into an extra three days because I simply didn’t want to leave. That’s how at home I felt. The breakfast each morning was a dream - fresh, delicious, and served with the biggest smiles. Every single member of staff was helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Megan and Saffron – you two are absolute stars! Your kindness, professionalism made such a lasting impression. I honestly can’t thank you enough for making me feel so welcome and looked after. I’m already counting down the days until I come back Malmaison, you’ve officially stolen my heart! ❤️

The restaurant here is wonderful, we celebrated our anniversary and the food was delicious. Great customer service, lovely atmosphere and beautifully served. The food (especially the desserts) were absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a work residential and it was an overall great experience. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were so cozy that I quickly fell asleep. The amenities provided in the room were also useful such as the coffee machine. The bathroom felt very luxurious to use along with the provided soap and tools. We also used the bottom floor room/suites for our residential which were quite useful and spacious. It served its purpose for sure. The only downside is the lack of food variety and taste. The service provided was very good so it would be disingenuous of me to rate them lower than 4 just because of the poor food taste. The best dish, arguably, is the steak and chips - which i would expect from a hotel of their calibre. However, everything else was quite subpar and overall disappointing in taste. It all looked quite beautiful and so it was really misleading. Would still recommend for people to stay at this hotel, it is worth resting here!

Decent hotel, quiet and good location. Breakfast was good, you can choose from a menu and buffet. Very friendly staff. Parking is conveniently at Dale Street, just across the road, and there's a code they give you to get a discount on 24hrs stay. Download the app (citipark) beforehand. Our bed was a bit on the firm side and wasn't the most comfortable, but that's just our preference.

Nice hotel great staff and fantastic cocktails!! Room very small and curtains didn't cover window properly -room 503- so had very early awakenings both mornings at around 5am with light pouring into the room. Did go to reception and ask if they could do anything but seemingly not as when we returned it was the same. They did offer for us to change room but we couldn't face packing everything up again! Lovely breakfast and would stay again but not in 503!!!
