What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3pm, and check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

Can we get an extra bed or cot in our room?

Extra beds can be booked in advance at an additional £30. Not all room types can accommodate extra beds, so please be aware that you may need to upgrade to a larger room. Cots are supplied free of charge. Any cots or extra beds must be booked in advance of arrival.

Can i bring my dog?

Vibrant, Stylish Bougie feel the second you walk in! Stayed at Malmaison Manchester Piccadilly 19/9 and had a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in, and the service throughout was spot on. The room was stylish, spotless and really comfortable – everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, right by Piccadilly, so it was super easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the bar and restaurant – great atmosphere and super food and cocktails. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in Manchester. Great teamwork guys, every member of staff i interacted with were friendly, professional and seemed to take pride in the service they provide! 5*

We had a lovely weekend stay. We chose here because it was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do and also close to the trains station, busses, etc. It has a coffee shop attached and a Sainsburys shop across the street, so very conveniently placed. The staff are amazing and genuinely caring and helpful. We were able to keep our bags at the hotel before and after we checked out which was so convenient and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. You can't open any windows and the views are lacking considering the location, but otherwise, everything was great. The bathroom we had included a shower and a separate bath which was handy for two getting ready at the same time. The style of the hotel is dark and unique which was lovely and gave it a less "cookie cutter" feel compared to some others. We were close the to Gay Village party, but didn't find it too loud at all. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had the extra added hot breakfast on top of the continental one and we quite enjoyed it.

This review is just for a spa treatment . Good massage . The treatment was the full hour long . I liked the chill out area where we were encouraged to relax in after the massage which I did not expect as we had just booked a treatment so I thought that was a nice bonus . All the staff were very friendly . I liked having a robe and slippers provided too

Stayed here for a work residential and it was an overall great experience. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were so cozy that I quickly fell asleep. The amenities provided in the room were also useful such as the coffee machine. The bathroom felt very luxurious to use along with the provided soap and tools. We also used the bottom floor room/suites for our residential which were quite useful and spacious. It served its purpose for sure. The only downside is the lack of food variety and taste. The service provided was very good so it would be disingenuous of me to rate them lower than 4 just because of the poor food taste. The best dish, arguably, is the steak and chips - which i would expect from a hotel of their calibre. However, everything else was quite subpar and overall disappointing in taste. It all looked quite beautiful and so it was really misleading. Would still recommend for people to stay at this hotel, it is worth resting here!

It is a brilliant location.. you need to book early to get good rates otherwise it is very unreasonably overpriced. One advice, don't book with breakfast because they almost don't have a breakfast 😔 very poor options in the buffet ( I am ashamed to call it buffet) and if you order something they always don't have it
