We have TVs on site that can be used with a firestick, now tv, apple tv, google tv or any other plug-in streaming service.

Can I have grocery delivery or takeaway delivered to site?

Yes, all you need to do is meet the driver at the door (as you would at home) to receive your food delivery.

Location is great and very central. Building is beautiful, plenty of restaurants around etc… My main issues is the basics. Shower is absolutely diabolical, room is way too hot and air con wasn’t working. The check in pad wasn’t working. The lobby area wasn’t as clean as it should be. The service was fine, but it felt like another one if those trendy hotel brand that is more style over substance than anything else.

Friendly staff that can’t solve you anything. You ask for extra pillows and they say to come back at 19:00 and the other shift person doesn’t have them, neither leave a note, and night shift can’t get them. I called from the room and had to leave a voice message as they were busy, but it was totally ignored. They cannot bring you an extra chair in the room, neither have cot mattress. The room has a light placed with tape, a safe that doesn’t work, and does a bad noise, the knives don’t cut, one curtain is wrongly placed that allows all light in, and the light of the hob doesn’t work. This place provided breakfast before with more options and now only croissant and bad coffee. They even didn’t bother in changing the sign that displayed all the dietary information of their previous menu, which anyway it would be only for a croissant. I don’t expect anyone from the hotel or management to care and bother to attend these topics, but can advise people to look for another place. Sorry to see the decay of this place. 4 years ago it was not like this, it just feels nothing works here.

Although location is fine, rooms have locked windows that make you feel like kidnapped. A 4 star hotel with no breakfast available does not seem write, and no coffee e and some croissants available at reception " for free" is not a breakfast. Also if you want an invoice you nee to type your self on the ipad, what are receptionist for?, and when requested to add VAT number of my company they did not know what it was..

We booked a Grande Studio that was specifically described as offering a landmark view. However, the room we were given had no view at all, just an internal roof and absolutely filthy windows, see pics. This is a clear case of false advertising. To add to the confusion, the room had a sofa bed already made up on arrival, strongly suggesting it had been prepared for different guests or was not ready for us. We had to fold the bed away ourselves to make use of the space, which is completely unacceptable for a pre-booked, higher-tier room. I also cleaned under the sofa for you, the dust and food waste cleaning was not on my bingo card this weekend. I chose not to raise this at the time because the trip was a surprise for my husband's birthday, and I didn't want to spoil the occasion. It was better he was oblivious to my disappointment. However, this does not excuse the failure to provide the standard of room we paid for. Unfortunately I couldn't keep what happened next from him. The check-in experience was appalling. We arrived at 12pm to drop our bags off as pre arranged on the booking.com App and were told by the receptionist that we could check in at 1pm for a £10 early check-in fee. On her word, we went food shopping, expecting to store our perishable groceries once we got into the room in the fridge on the hottest day of the year. When we returned at lpm, she completely denied ever saying this. She did this in front of other guests and her colleague, effectively accusing us of lying. This was deeply unprofessional, humiliating, and completely undermined us. She went as far to say l offered you complementary early check-in but we just couldn't get it ready, not even an apology. She basically shooed us away and ended the conversation, the young gentleman working along side her even looked uncomfortable with her behaviour. For the price we paid for 2 nights I really am shocked on our treatment at this hotel. I have sent an email to Roomzzz Victoria and to their coperate email, will update review on outcome.

Location is great but the rooms are extremely run down. Our room had so much damage to the amenities within. The keys stopped working on multiple occasions. Will not be staying there again, don’t feel it was value for money at all!
