Comfortable bed in a large room with air conditioning if required. Very modern bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking good if you arrive early enough but otherwise ltd.

A last minute decision but a very good one. We were booked in by Amy who was exceptional good, very enthusiastic and obviously loves her job. We were upgraded to a deluxe room in the Townhouse, Amy not only showed us the way, took my suitcase as well. She booked us an excellent restaurant, gave us a map and directions of how to get there as it was our first time in Swansea. Our room was excellent, spacious, well equipped and a fab bathroom. We had a drink in the bar which was extremely comfortable with lovely leather sofas. Breakfast was good, lovely choice of fresh fruit and variety of cooked to order food on the menu. Very pleased we booked in.

We had 2 fabulous nights at Morgans. Our room was fantastic with high ceilings and periods features as throughout the whole building! Great location for access to the city and it's bars and restaurants and a short drive from the glorious Gower! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Gluten free catering at breakfast was the best I've ever had! Thank you for an incredible break!

We stayed in the town house. We thought we were in the main hotel as our booking did not inform us of this. Loved the stay, convenient for us to.stay one night save taxing home. From comfortability, room temperature, drinks on offer, (coffee, tea bottled water), great shower inc Molton brown soap and shower gel. No magnifying mirror as i use contact lenses. If you want to stay in a hotel which goes that much further with little luxurious then this is it. Will return if I need to stay in Swansea.

Stayed 2 nights in the annex. Good comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Didn’t quite feel 4 star but excellent service. 2 x EV chargers in the free car park was a bonus.
