Within a stones throw away from the city’s top attractions, you’ll a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2021/2022/2023/2024 restaurant. Serving the tourists and locals with some of Edinburgh best tasting food inspired by chef-owner Stuart’s time living & working in NYC.
This Edinburgh restaurant was named after his eclectic friend & room-mate, Bob Noto, with whom he shared his time living with in New York.
Check out their sister venue Aizle for an experience in tasting an 8 course seasonal tasting menu or Tipo for small plates focusing on in-house made pasta and charcuterie, with the newest addition to their family Lyla for a Scottish seafood focused tasting menu.
Vouchers and cookbook can be purchased through their online store and Noto is open 7 days a week. Bookings 12-2.30pm/5.30pm-9pm, closed 4.30pm-5.30pm and the bar has the same opening hours, for food, wine and cocktails.
Please note they allow 2 hours for all bookings with two areas available. An individual table in the restaurant or stool seating at the bar, both serving the whole menu.
