Park Lane Apartments – Clarges St

I had an excellent experience! The location is perfect, just a few steps from Green Park Underground Station, making it very easy to get around. The apartment is spotless and welcoming. The staff are extremely polite, and the house manager is always available and ready to help with anything you need. I felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. A top location that I highly recommend!😊😊😊😊

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was spacious, clean, and very well-located — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and comfortable. Mr. Jay and team were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We're already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

BAD EXPERIENCED! 1. We arrived late at night just to find a White mouse running from under the sofa towards the kitchen!we had to leave due to safety and health issues! 2. Dirty bath tub / shower place and sink 3. No sofa bed as mention in the description . Its only a big sofa that we have to move around to convert into a bed. 4. No direct lift to the unit so we have to climb 2 flight of stairs with big bags and a golf set. (Misleading Ads) 5. AC hose hanging from oleh windows with no security bars. 6. No REPLY REGARDING MY STATUS REFUND UP UNTIL TODAY! I WANT MY REFUND!

This property is the worse I’ve stayed in ever. At first they told me house keeping is for additional fees despite it being stated as a daily facility in the property description. Then and Within less than 24 hours our money and some personal items were stolen and all zippers and locks or our luggage were tampered with and/or damaged. There were no signs of breaking entry and it was obvious that this was carried out by someone from the staff who had copies of the keys. I have filed a police report for this and called the porter only to find out that there are no cctv or any means of security and that multiple copies of the key exist. There were no keys or codes for the safe box and none were provided at arrival but on the third day of arrival following the robbery they provided the key. The management does not reply to any messages despite their continuous and prompt communication during the booking process and up till the payment was completed. Additionally there was no hot water for 4 days of our stay. Don’t bother talking to the receptionist since they only reply … what can I do !!! I don’t recommend this property to anyone, it’s unbelievable how bad the service is compared to the price and lack of safety

RUN — Do NOT Book These Apartments! I booked 3 apartments for 9 days, paying around £14,000, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, our stay was full of problems and very disappointing. • Broken shower took 24 hours to fix • Bidets and extra bed were promised before booking but missing on arrival; bidets delivered late (one broken), bed arrived at 11 PM in poor condition with a spider inside • One AC broken and never fixed, another bedroom had no AC at all • Bathrooms had empty soap bottles, one tap barely dripped water • Only one set of keys per apartment for 48 hours • Poor security — AC hoses hanging from open windows with no security bars, easy street view into rooms • Water cut off for hours in one apartment • No lobby or reception, so you have to call staff every time you need help When I asked for a refund on the first night, I was told to speak to the manager, who did not respond until the next morning. He simply said it was non-refundable and to speak to the staff again. For the price paid, the service, maintenance, and professionalism were far below expectations. I cannot recommend this place and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. ______________________________ Update after owner’s reply: Their response contradicts itself — claiming the apartments were “fully functional upon check-in” while also admitting to addressing “maintenance issues” during the stay. If everything was functional, why were repairs and missing items an issue at all? My review remains factual and accurate to my experience.
