Park Lane Apartments – Clarges St

Decent flat for what was a very reasonable price given the prime location of the property in Mayfair. House manager was always contactable via WhatsApp and helped me with any questions straight away (be it morning or evening!). The flat had everything I needed for an overnight stay, and all areas were clean and tidy. The flat was well stocked with any key items one would need during their stay. I stayed here for work mid-week, during a very hot summer's day and was able to make use of the two air-conditioning units provided in this flat. All toiletries and other such items that one may need were catered for. All in all, I felt that this was the most convenient, reasonably priced flat and I was well looked after by the house manager. Flat is right next to Tesco, amidst superb places to eat or entertainment, and a short walk to Green Park tube station or the bus stations.

The apartment’s location and extra space were convenient, but the advertised luxury was lacking. The carpet was stained in many areas, and the overpowering perfume scent was difficult to remove. The provided travel crib was broken but luckily management is great and very responsive so they replaced it quickly. While the washing machine and full kitchen was helpful, we were overall disappointed with our stay based with the strong perfume smell which even came home with us since it was in our clothes.

Tragic room. Needs total upgrade. Just chucked random bits of furniture in and the best was really low on the floor and very uncomfortable. Pretty shocking for the price, but that's London! Good service but you guys really need to re do the flooring, carpets, bathroom and redecorate.

Only the location is the good thing about it Negatives: Lets start the list: 1-Poor communication, been trying to reach them on WhatsApp and the email for queries for more than 2 weeks with no response 2- the apartment is outdated including the floor, furniture, fridge and the freezer hardly cooling the drinks 3- only 1 portable a/c in the living room the other 2 rooms has no a/c 4- thin walls you can hear anything happens in the street or in the hallways 5- tiny rooms, no space for the suitcases 6- the pluming is terrible, the sink was completely blocked the shower has weak stream and poor drainage 7- we couldn’t even stay for the whole planned days cuz it was so uncomfortable we had to book another hotel P.S. for the management, dont ask people to give you good reviews while you are not even trying to improve your service

Stayed 03Sep24-10Sep24. Booked through VRBO. Multiple issues with our apartment including: 1.) Broken heating unit 2.) Leaking ceiling resulting in soaked items and slippery floor 3.) Lift out of service with no notice given; was traveling with my elderly parent and they struggled with 4 flights of stairs 4.) Broken toilet seats and toilet paper fixtures 5.) Poor TV reception 6.) Cabinet door off hinges in kitchen, overall shabby grout/tile/paint work 7.) Listing description was inaccurate; listed two bedrooms, first one with double bed, second with two twins- the second bedroom was tiny with no storage and just one twin bed. The property manager was a bright spot; he was responsive and helpful. I requested a partial refund (would have requested an entire refund if not for the helpful manager) ; waited over a week but received no response at all. I hate to leave bad reviews but given the number of issues and the lack of response from the company I felt I had no choice.
