Quadrant Shopping Centre

Swansea city centre is the hive of retail shopping within the area. At the heart of it is the Quadrant Shopping Centre, where you will find 30 high street stores and independent retailers throughout the centre. Ideally situated next to the main bus terminal and just off the main shopping avenue, Oxford Street.

Opened up in 1979 and redeveloped in the early 1990s, Quadrant Shopping Centre has been a main shopping venue for the last 45 years. With its glass roof and square atrium at the centre, it gives you the outdoor feel in any weather.

They even allow dogs in the centre but must be on a lead a all times, so on your next visit to Swansea’s Quadrant Shopping Centre, you may just be greeted by wagging tails and playful paws; as it becomes Wales’ first dog friendly indoor shopping centre.

Due to popular demand, the whole shopping centre, and eighteen of its stores, are now welcoming well behaved dogs with open arms.

Quadrant staff and retailers both understand the importance of four-legged friends and this development will enable further shared experiences with canine companions, right in the heart of Swansea.
