London’s Refuel restaurant is based in The Solo Hotel, located bang centre of the popular area of Soho. Locals and tourists can experience what the restaurant has to offer, in one of the trendiest locations in the city centre.

Refuel is quietly tucked between Dean Street and Wardour Street, the restaurant occupies a spacious slice of the glamorous Soho Hotel. The British/European restaurant serves brasserie classics such as Côte de boeuf to share, alongside more modern dishes of Roast scallops with cauliflower, golden raisin and caper dressing. A dedicated ‘Grape Britannia’ English wine list is served.

Just moments away from London’s most popular theatres, opt for the set menu pre or post-theatre, or indulge in a seasonal afternoon tea.

The long pewter bar, exhibiting a lively mural, serves up contemporary drinks. The ‘Soho Original’ cocktails are inspired by classic cars, as the hotel was in fact built on a former car park.
