Royal Garden Hotel

We had a wonderful one-night stay and truly enjoyed every moment. From the very first step inside, the reception team welcomed us with genuine English hospitality. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent – clear, attentive, and immediately helped us choose the perfect room. We felt relaxed from the start. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view over London. After a lovely evening walk to see the Christmas lights, we returned to find champagne glasses kindly delivered to our room, which made the night feel even more special. A warm bath, a glass of sparkling wine, and time together – the perfect end to the day. Breakfast in the morning was just as impressive: friendly staff, fresh juice, a proper English breakfast, and plenty of delicious pastries. We left absolutely delighted. A truly memorable stay.

I recently stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel in London and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I would also like to highlight the great service at check-in. Moiez was exceptionally helpful, professional, and very polite. He made the arrival process smooth and enjoyable, and his assistance truly added to the overall quality of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Royal Garden Hotel in London! The location couldn’t be better—right across from Kensington Palace and just steps away from Kensington Gardens. We ended up spending lots of time in the park almost every day, which felt like such a luxury to have right outside the hotel. Our room was bright, modern, and spotless, with a really cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The view though was the icing on the cake—we could see the gardens from our window, and waking up to that each morning was just magical. Breakfast was another highlight. There was such a wide variety to choose from, all fresh and delicious, including a full traditional English breakfast which really set us up for a full day of exploring the city. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was so warm, welcoming, and eager to help. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, this hotel was everything we could have hoped for—comfortable, convenient, and with just the right touch of luxury. We’d happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were actually so clean! Housekeeping came every single day. Its cramped, but they have a lot of storage space. Enough for our 2 big suitcases and backpacks. Bonus were daily waters and a beautiful view of royal garden! Also, the High Kensington Tube station was only 5-10 min walk from the hotel.

We had a genuinely lovely stay at this hotel, the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was great and overall we really enjoyed our time there. However, on the very last day, just before check-out, we discovered that our personal hair straightener had completely disappeared from the room. We even doubted ourselves and checked all our closed/locked bags, but it simply wasn’t there. This really shocked us and left us feeling very uncomfortable, as it raises questions about security and trust in the room. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay and makes me think twice – or even a hundred times – before choosing to come back again. I truly hope the management will take this seriously and review their procedures, because it’s a real shame for such a nice hotel.
