Our stay started in the best possible way thanks to Mir at the reception. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and extremely pleasant. Mir welcomed us so warmly and spoke to us with such kindness and professionalism that we immediately felt at home. Her friendliness and positive energy truly set the tone for our entire stay. If everyone in hospitality were like Mir, every hotel experience would be perfect. Thank you, Mir, for such a wonderful first impression!

it was really nice setting the staff are lovely the only thing is the breakfast wasn't fully cooked. the sausages were still grey and I've now got a funny tummy. the fried egg look plastic and didn't taste nice. that said the pain au chocolate and hash browns were lovely

Overall the Hotel is very nice, friendly staff everywhere to help with any needs. Breakfast was vast and tasty and staff did well to manage tables very quickly. Room itself was lovely and clean, my issue was that the bed itself was WAY too soft for me so I only got a few hours of interrupted sleep. On top of that a member of staff accidentally set off the fire alarm at 06:30 in the morning, that signalled a lot of people to wake up in a panic. Wifi was good during the day (when I assume most people arent using it) but it was terrible in the evening, instead I used my poor 5G connection which meant I had to hold my phone in a specific position for it to load. Location is amazing and so close to anything you can think of.

Our booking experience was terrible. We booked four nights through Booking.com, but we couldn't stay the first night because our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We know it wasn't their fault, but it wasn't ours either. We requested to change the dates to cancel that night, but the hotel said they had no availability. No availability to cancel that night? Why charge us for a night we couldn't enjoy due to unforeseen circumstances? Very little empathy. We won't be back. The best part was the airport transfer, having booked a private service through the hotel. Room 4204 at 4 am, very nice guy.
