We stayed there from December 23–26, and I can confidently say that we had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, and the staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Jaed at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you so much for the very warm accommodation and outstanding assistance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this place to others.

I attended the comicon here. Ive been a few times and found the hotel to be very easily accessable, a few minutes walk from Russell Square tube station. The security were very professional, and helpful, top class. The staff were very pleasant. Even the cleaner was really nice too. I enjoyed my trip there. The comicon was just amazing, the set up was great,and atmosphear super! This is a very nice hotel. They even had excellent Christmas decorations and a beautiful Christmas tree! They had a really lovely santa there too. Overall a most delightful experience!

There are some reviews that i don't understand and what people expect from a 3-star hotel. Honestly the hotel, service and staff exceeded our expectations. We warmly thank FACUNDO for professionalism and friendliness! That is worth much more than a 5-star review. Rooms are clean, location is very practical and the service is excellent.

The room is very spacious and comfortably fit four beds. The bathroom was newly and nicely renovated, very clean, and the shower experience was excellent. However, all the family-sized rooms face Woburn Place, and the noise from ambulances in and out from the nearby hospital and cars was quite noticeable until around 1am. The windows are single-glazed, so if you’re used to a quiet environment, it can sometimes feel as though you’re sleeping right on the street. Overall, be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise.
