I don't understand some of the comments... My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is SO kind and helpful, always with a smile and a kind word... whether it's the men in the hallways who are always there for us if we have a problem (the gentleman in building 2 is so lovely, if you could pass the message on to him...). A big thank you to these very kind people. The housekeeping staff is incredibly kind and helpful; without them, it wouldn't be the same, and it's thanks to them that our stay in the room was so comfortable. And at reception, a very kind lady. Regarding the room, the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean. It's true that double glazing would be appreciated, but the street noise is bothering me (a room facing the courtyard must be much noisier, of course...). Perfect bathroom. Very, very clean hotel, few people in our building, so no noise at all. We will happily return. To see all these kind people again, I recommend it to everyone. And finally, the location is INCREDIBLE!! Magnificent neighborhood and parks with their squirrels... Thank you all for being the people you are 🫶🏻 Maia & Muriel

Great place to stay in London, it’s near from everything, and has taxi’s service all the day long. Also there’s so many bus stops really best the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday. We would have liked to be on a room with the beds attached but well, at least they got wheels to move it. So it was barely great. The breakfast was very varied and it had from sweet to savoury. The unique thing I would point out of everything was the bathroom, really narrow, and the bathtub was too high and it’s really challenging to get in and out. If we would have been older… I would have asked about another room.

Booked this hotel as a part of a girls trip with 2 friends and got the triple room ( 3 single beds )the front desk staff were very nice and check in and out was smooth! The beds are extremely comfortable and the room is a decent size with a mirror and a chair to get ready! Walking distance to delicious coffee shops, icecream and food, and very close to train station makes it super easy to get around London. Only faults are the bathroom wasn’t extremely clean (dust bunnies) and there is only one outlet in the whole room ( none in bathroom or by the beds ) and they were painting the hallway outside our room so our room smelt like paint fumes & the rooms have no AC and get really hot even when it is cold outside and the window only cracks open does not fully open. Other than those little things for the price and location I recommend this hotel for young travellers :)

Decent location, that is all. Rooms were hot with no airflow. Was told all the fans were already taken. The shower water was only scalding hot. I had maintenance come up and he laughed at me like I didn’t know how to use a shower, then realized it was indeed broken. Got food at the pizza place down below and had to ask to pay 3x before they directed me to a completely different waiter. Later tried to call and order food since going in person was terrible. The number led me to reception. Reception was rude telling me I need to call them. I did, the number went back to reception. When I asked for the number I was told I have to just go “take it up with them” and they just kept repeating that. Been in Europe for 2 weeks and booked this expensive hotel as a nice break before leaving but it ended up being way over priced, miserably hot and rude unhelpful front desk.

Room furniture and facilities were quite old, main door wasn't closing properly and needed a push and bathroom door wasn't closing properly at all, and we couldn't lock. No ventilation whatsoever and we felt we were boiling the whole night. Room window wasn't closing/sealing properly, resulting in wind and noise coming in the room. We went back to reception and requested that we move to another room. Receptionist (night shift) was quite rude and he told us that "if this happens to your window, it will most probably happen to other rooms as well" and he then told us that we can't move as the hotel fully booked. A member of staff then came to the room only to find out that we indeed tried to lock the window properly. He told us "there's nothing more we can do". The only positive thing about the room was the comfy mattress and pillows. Breakfast was pretty basic, including full English breakfast, cereal, ham and cheese, and croissants/muffins. Coffee was the worst, as it was filtered coffee and they wouldn't offer other options such as cappuccino. For the price range of this place, the amenities and services are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless you are only interested in the location which is convenient. Photos added for reference.
