Shoreditch Inn

Overall this place is very nice. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was great. Me and my boyfriend came here for one night and it is also very affordable. It's our frist time in London and getting here was tiring. Next time I'm back in London I'm definitely coming back. Thank you for making our day.

Good find - comfortable and reasonably priced rooms, included a decent, if eclectic, breakfast. Nice staff, especially at breakfast.

My experience was far from pleasant. Due to reasons entirely beyond my control, I ended up with a double booking, which was a significant inconvenience. Understanding the unfortunate situation, I kindly requested the hotel to waive the cancellation fee. Regrettably, they refused to accommodate my request, despite the circumstances being completely out of my hands. The true quality of service in any establishment often reveals itself when things go wrong. Unfortunately, they failed to demonstrate any flexibility or understanding in this instance. Instead of showing a willingness to assist a customer in a difficult situation, they adhered rigidly to their policies, leaving me feeling disappointed and let down. I had hoped for a more compassionate and customer-focused approach, but this incident severely tainted my experience. While the hotel may have many other redeeming qualities, it is clear that when it comes to handling unforeseen issues, their service leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend them after this disappointing encounter.

Rude awakening in room 202 to the sound of power tools and hand tools. Looked up from my bed to notice a face peeking out from behind the grate of the air conditioning unit.... this was being repaired from the room above but with no prior notification or warning. Completely unacceptable and shrugged off by hotel reception. If you are a lone female traveller avoid this hotel like the plague.
